I hired them and gave a deposit of $4350 on 5/23/19 no work has been done. I have been getting the run around for months. They won’t answer the phone from the numbers they know we call from .I have went to both addresses and found that the office in Troy they rent a space and wasn’t in on 10/30/19 & the Bloomfield location they never rented space there. My husband finally spoke with Willam the owner on 11/7-19 after calling from someone else phone and then after they finds out it’s him Kevin putting him on hold so long wishing he hangs up. William states the season is over and could he put us in for the first project of next year because he doesn’t return deposits and he doesn’t have the money! Absolutely Not! I’m awaiting the BBB to contact me and them from there Fox 2 and small claims courts . This has been a very stressful situation to deal with as we have given other contractors money for other things that needed to be completed once Paesaggio was suppose to complete their work. It is several bad review on several site with the same treatment and Mo return of deposits. I don’t trust them or their work at this point because all along they have been nothing but lying and cheating people. Still trying to get sales and deposits from New customers and can’t handle the jobs because they have spent customers deposit money somewhere else and this is why our projects aren’t being done.

Required large deposit up front ($20k), paid in July. No work has been done to date. Promised to call back and "work things out", tried to re-negotiate the contract for payments on milestone completion. Now the building seasons is over, and we are still out the deposit. Commitments to begin work came and went. Initially tried to get deposit back and cancel contract. Was told it wasn't an option. Seeking ways to recoup some money and move on.

Retainer was given on July 11th. It is now October 9th. Still no work done. Will not return deposit. Will not return phone calls.
