Always goes extremely well!

Fantastic service and they even called to check on the animal. What I love is that everybody comes in to greet the dog and their super friendly service. They take the time to make sure you understand everything. They are very pet friendly which they should be because they are a veterinary service. The other thing that they do that a lot of places do not do is that for the rebate, they filled out all the paper work for me and sent it in - I did not have to do it to get a rebate for heartworm. I thought that that was very nice of them to do.

We have been with Dr. Christy for almost 11 years and would never go anywhere else. We continued to consult her on medical needs for our dogs when we moved out of state for a couple of years and followed her to her own practice when she branched out. She is always very helpful, knowledgeable and will take the time to discuss all options and steps. You never feel rushed.

We've had problem dogs to say the least, and have always felt full confidence in the steps she takes to find the proper solution.

I haven't price shopped; she may be a little higher than some but it's worth it when you consider the care your pets are getting. I doubt you'd go to a cheaper heart surgeon for yourself versus the best available.

Vet Techs have always been extremely knowledgeable as well. They love what they do and it shows.

No concerns on overall care at all. I never hesitate to leave my dogs for the day if needed for extended services as I know they are well cared for. They may even be spoiled.

Facility is gorgeous and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate if you're considering a new Vet, please go check the family at OHVH out.

This is really the BEST veterinary hospital in Southeast Michigan. Beautiful surroundings, friendly,caring staff. Very organized and professional. Dr. Christy and her new partner are top notch. They have great bedside manner and are extremely prepared and knowledgeable. Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital provides educational seminars for clients on a variety of subject to keep owners informed of the latest and best practices for animal care. I have an older cat with a heart condition and they handle him with care and always give me great support. I would recommend the practice with out hesitation. Dr. Christy is the BEST.

We have been going to Dr. Christy for years -- she has taken care of both of our black lab rescue dogs (one now sadly deceased, one aged 14 and going strong thanks to the excellent medical care from Oakland Hills Vet). Dr. Christy is smart, knows her stuff and has always had a wonderful manner with our dogs (and with us). We trust her judgement and know our dogs are in the best hands. She also has a kind and responsive staff. Perhaps the best testimonial is to say there are multiple vets much closer to our home but we wouldn't consider switching and we happily recommend her.

They are specialist service. Everybody was so great and friendly. The doctor always called to let us know what was going on. We really appreciated their support during that time.

Kathy Christi has been my dogs' vet for 15 years. She is thorough in her examination of pets and is not hesitant to refer to a specialist when necessary. She loves all her patients and spends time gettng to know them to put them at ease. She has treated my previous dogs and has seen them through some very difficult times. I would trust her decisions regarding my dogs with no exceptions. Her staff is friendly and very kind to humans and pets alike. On my last visit, my dogs were treated like family as always. Both of my dogs are rescue dogs and Kathy has helped them to be the happy, loving pups they are.I can not recommend her highly enough.
