We've used Mike's Tree Surgeons in the past to care for our trees and lawn. Met with Alvin about the work I wanted done. He quoted me $325.00 and said the work would be done 3 weeks out. The crew came out 7/13/11 and did the work to my satisfaction. Mike's always does good work. I would use them again and have recommended them to friends and co-workers.

I contacted Mike's Tree Surgeons on 3/30/11 and told them we were concerned about the health of a very large tree on our property. On 3/31/11 I came home from work and we had a full report stating that our tree looked fine and they quoted us for a pruning service if needed and for removal if we still wanted to do that. We are relieved to know our tree is in good health and we are very impressed with how fast we received an estimate. Their customer service is to be commended.

They are a great company. The owner, Mike, has the utmost integrity.

I have used Mike's Tree Surgeons for several years for spraying trees and pruning. They are very good but are consistently more expensive than their competitors. I use Mike's for jobs that require skill and hire their competitors for tree removal and other less skillful jobs.

Mike owns and operates the company. He is very easy to communicate with and gives you a detailed written estimate when he comes out to go over what you want to achieve. work was able to be done within two weeks of request. The tree trimmers are very careful and clean up beautifully.

We have a contract with them. They explain things. We went to a pruning class and Mike's was recommended to us. We've been using them for over three years.

They were very punctual and professional. They did the work very well and they made sure to clean up after themselves when the job was finished. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

They have a knowledgeable staff and if you have any complaints at all they are right on it. They are real pleasant to deal with.

The work they performed was excellent. I had four trees removed and the stumps. They cleaned up everything from the trees. Great job!

Crew arrived on time. The trees were all in a little woodsy area with phone and electrical lines. Also, some of the work was going to leave sizable debris in a neighbor's yard, which the neighbor was concerned with. The crew did an excellent job and left no trace on our neighbor's property except for a tiny amount of sawdust. In a job like this, sometimes things happen. A chunk of wood fell on the phone and electrical lines, and pulled out some of our siding. Mike's office took care of getting the phone and power companies to our house quickly. They also sent someone out to repair our siding. Everything looks great. We've used them before and will again.

Excellent, professional, and well worth the money. I cannot believe how well they cleaned up the debris from the trees and the branches they removed. The trees that they cleaned up look better than ever before. Beautiful job.

Sent a report to me no charge with advice to water and condition should fix itself. Could have charged for service call but did not. Could have charged for spider mite treatment but recommended just to wait and water since leaves were soon to fall naturally. Very impressed they made the trip with high gas prices and did not charge for advice. Would use their service again and highly recommend company.

Great experience with this company. First, their quote was less than half of two others we received. Next, they accommodated us for a rush job - no extra charge. They threw in a lot of extras, some trimming, etc. Took down an extra tree that we didn't originally have quoted. The arborists that came out were great guys.

Mike's Tree Surgeon Inc. are experts and arborists. They are very informative and give us very helpful advice on the care of our trees. One thing I like is that they provide a detailed list of everything they've done and what will need to be done. They give instructions that are easy to understand.

I called them at the peak of summer and asked them to take a look at my trees. Some of them were getting sick. I did not get a call back. I called two months later when I was getting anxious about my trees, and the person who received the phone said that my house has been visited. So they realized that they never called me back with the details. Finally, they came back and did the job in the fall season. It went well then. They are knowledgeable and honest. Al came and gave an me a proper estimate. He gave some good descriptions and suggestions. He took a dying tree out for free.

Great--painless and simple. I called and scheduled service. They came and worked when I wasn't even at home, which was what I wanted. They did good work and the bill arrived in the mail a week later. Price was as quoted and was $100 cheaper than 2 other providers.

It took a five person team all day--but they completed the job including removal of all debris and creation of a huge mulch pile for use in my garden. They were prompt and tidy. My neighbors still marvel at the great result.

I MET THE OWNER WHO WAS GIVING A FREE SEMINAR AT THE LIBRARY. HE CAME OVER THAT DAY, LOOKED AT MY LAWN, AND GAVE ME ADVICE. HE WAS NOT PUSHY NOR DID HE TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL SO I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
