The core aeration was excellent. Overseeding was so poor that I could not find any seeds. I sent an inquiry to make sure it was completed, but I received no response. Communication could be improved. They were very responsive before service, but multiple inquiries have gone unanswered since. Furthermore, on their website they have an option to request emails responses instead of phone calls, but that option appears nonfunctional. They missed the initial estimated date of service by more than two weeks, but that’s understandable given the unpredictability of weather. Not understandable, however, was another call to say they would be out the next day. We made arrangements, but they did not show. After requesting an update, we did not receive a return call/email, but they were there the next day. The Service Summary Report had the original date on it (not the date of actual service), which is somewhat disconcerting. Overall, I would not recommend this company. I’m not convinced that the overseeding was completed. Communication is subpar. Documentation is inaccurate. They did a great job on the core aeration though.

I would not hire this company! Very unprofessional!

They did not show up for my first appointment. When I called the office they stated they had a previous job run over from the day before. They did not call me I had to call. They stated I would be guaranteed first visit the following day. That ended up being at 1pm. When I asked about the "guarantee" they just stated it was more of a promise and not a guarantee. either way they didn't make it on time. I received a quote to move around 6 current heads and to add an additional 5 heads. They quoted me $450 so I went with it. They were supposed to come out 2 days from the quote, which would have been a Friday. They again did not show up. I did receive a call at noon stating they would not be out due to another job from the previous day. They came out to my house the following Monday. I could not take that day off of work so I entrusted them to do the job without me being there. They did most of the work but forgot to add one head to an area and left my grass tore up. I called the next day and they stated the grass would fix itself in a couple of weeks. I was told the reason they did not add a head to an area was due to they felt it was no longer needed. I asked if there would be a refund for the labor and cost of the head since it was not being installed. they told me Greg would have to get back to me. He never did and ignored my phone calls. I also tried calling 4 weeks later on the damaged sod/grass and they refused to come out. I continued to call for a few more weeks and I left about 12 messages. They refused to call me back and never resolved the issue. I had to call out another service to fix Grosse Ile's mess. It cost me another $225. At first their price seemed good but the work and customer service is terrible.

They have been around for a while. They come out twice a year for me. I do my own fertilizing so I don’t have them do that. I pay a package price and I pay once a year. If anything goes bad, like the sprinkler head, they replace it and because of the package price, I get a discount and they do the same thing again in the spring, they make sure everything is working they way it is supposed to. They do maintenance and replace parts, so they take care of all that. It is hard to do all that by yourself. They are good at what they do. I have no issues. If I ask them to do something, they do it, and they do everything they say they are going to do as per the annual contract. They are on time and if I need a service call, they are out pretty quickly. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are doing what they are supposed to do and that is what I want. Their price is competitive.
