Overall, Ace Kitchen and hardware did an awesome job on our kitchen. So good that we rehired them for our full bathroom gut-remodel. Our kitchen was a full gut-remodel as well. Everything from the demo to the painting was done by Ace and 4 years later we still love it. Our bathroom hasn’t started yet but we are expecting the same quality results. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is that after the renovation started, it was more difficult to get ahold or responses from our sales person and the team that helped with our overall design. The contractor that did the work was great, it a bit slow for our liking. Again, overall would highly recommend and would work with again. Just providing some realistic expectations as well.

ACE Kitchen and bath just redid our master bathroom and backsplashed our kitchen! It looks amazing! The crew was great and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the way the rooms look!

February 2025 - My full bathroom remodel is done & is beautiful! From my first contact with Will Barduca, in sales, I was at ease. Their showroom and selection of products available was excellent, The crew was professional, non-intrusive and expert in all skill sets. Great teamwork, I highly recommend!

Ace did my bathroom 4-5 years ago and there was a few spots in the grout line where the tile spacer was not broke off and showing Ace sent Will out to look at and they came out and corrected them and did a great job. They did the repair and cleaned everything and there was no charge. I can not say enough how GREAT they are. I would definitely use them for other updates and could recommend with no problem Thanks

It was a complete nightmare. Took over 9 months, would not show up, workmanship is very shoddy, my windowsill is piecemeal and not mitered correctly, my stairs trim is horrendously trimmed out, I have drywall missing on top of my door frame, a plastic piece of my window was broken, they could not pass an electrical inspection so after paying them $2000 I had to pay a licensed electrician to redo what they did to bring it up to code. Blamed us for the length of time to finish job saying it was because of the permit. Nope, took too long because your subcontractor would show up for a couple hours a month. Did not want us to pull permits. My cabinets were in my garage so long some warped. We paid them money for supplies which they didn't use but took back without giving us credit. Still have not come back to fix what is wrong. And cannot get any answers. The worst parts of the kitchen are the parts where they wouldn't think you would see that they were trying to hide

ACE Kitchen and Bath is the local distributor for The Onyx Collection (solid surface shower/bath walls). I stopped in and talked to them and they were pretty helpful. However, if you email them or call them, they simply don't respond. I have emailed them 5 times and left voicemails twice with no response. Extremely frustrating with that kind of lack of response. You would think they would want to sell someone their products.

I hired Ace Kitchen and Bath to remodel my master bath and Will did a great job making me feel comfortable during the sales process. Mike did a great job and I could not be happier.

Great small business in an area where these companies are disappearing at an alarming rate. I went with Ace after reading the owner's story online and asking to talk with him about his experiences as a customer working with remodelers. I have great admiration for what he did to support the community he grew up in and loves. We enjoyed working with the builder and designer. Our salesperson Mike was very knowledgeable. The install team Travis and James were professional and clean. We are very happy with our final product and will recommend these guys every chance we get.

I hired Ace based off Mike and his knowledge. I was very impressed by how much more he knew than every other salesmen I dealt with during the hiring process. If I learned anything its that Ace hires within and promotes installers and office staff where they will flourish and that benefits the customer in the end. Mike sent Travis and Zack to remodel my kitchen and Kevin installed my backsplash. I couldn’t be happier with them. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Horrible they were not professional

My tile from the 70’s was cracking in places and I had Ace out for what I thought was a simple repair. Will the sales member suggested we send the broken sample in to be tested for asbestos. I am so glad I listened because I had asbestos through out my basement. We took Ace’s suggestion and had EME out to remove the tile because so much was already broken and we are glad we listened. We have gran babies playing down there and do not want them getting sick. Ace came back and installed a new floor and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Thank you for your honesty and not just covering up something that could become dangerous or could have already been dangerous.

We asked for a different contractor early into our project and we were told no because the owner already paid the contractor they sent us. The contractor they sent blocked our ductwork work with a piece of wood and tin foil then filled it in with floor level. Now only 1 side of our house cools off when the air is on. It gets so cold it's unbearable the other side stays warm. When the furnace is on parts of our floor gets so hot we can barely walk on it. Our dishwasher only had cold available to hook up to because they hooked up our garden hose to the hot water coming directly from our hot water tank. They never hooked up our dishwasher and they new it needed to be framed in too. Our new shower drain still drains very slowly and they disconnected our garden hose on the west side under our new shower. The tiles are not flush and some have chips, scratches. Our toilet was so unlevel it rocked. It was over 3/4 of a inch off.

With Will as project manager he fulfilled and listened to all my needs and concerns, his professionalism and knowledge was the best, Adam as my financial guy always explained in depth costs always transparent, and Brandon was exceptional approving all materials and being delivered in a timely manner was on time!!

We went to Ace kitchen Bath and flooring in March and ordered all materials for our bathroom remodel, the job was completed The first of May. Larry and Shawn did a fabulous job.

Value They destroyed my kitchen and have not made it right for over 3 weeks. I do not have a functioning kitchen, which is vital to be able to care for my severely disabled son. They have not called me back on what they are going to do to make it right, they so called finished the job on 3/25/23. The subcontractor was given the wrong blueprints and was working off the wrong blueprints from the get go. Their measurements were off. There is a process of removing old and installing new which was not followed. They put up the cabinets without finishing the drywall. They did not bring up the plumbing through the basement to the sink cabinet or dishwasher. They cut electrical lines and then put drywall up leaving the electrician unable to access and fixed the electrical lines. They damaged cupboards, nothing is flushed, or rough in correctly. They left me with a total mess. They cut out all of my copper plumbing and took the copper plumbing with them. They took out my kitchen faucet and hot shot and lost parts so I am unable to reuse them. Adam from the store stopped over to take pictures on 4/11/23 and I have not heard any word back.

ACE remodeled a bathroom for us. It turned out great. We are loving the rain shower head!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Ace this year. It tool a little longer than originally expected due to some supplier issues, but the end result was fantastic. We loved working with the crew leader Nick and would definitely use them again.

We contracted with Ace to remodel our kitchen, a full bath, and half of another full bath. We started in Spring 2021, and the work was completed in July 2022. Our kitchen is in the middle of our house, and we have to walk through it to get to our finished basement and garage. We chose Ace based on research on Angi.com and based on good reviews on sites such as Google.com. Pros: - Sales process went very smoothly - Staff is friendly, particularly Will and Wendy - Final building inspection passed - Work is done - Received credits for work we did ourselves Cons: - Kitchen and two bathrooms took over 1 year start to finish - Kitchen in our house was unusable for over 6 months - Instead of a pro team from Ace, we got one guy and a series of third party contractors from Dan Wood - Multiple kitchen appliances installed incorrectly and dangerously - Charges were over $10,000 more than quoted because we chose to use building permits - charge was for licensed electricians and plumbers which Ace doesn't normally use - We ended up doing some of the work because we were so frustrated and wanted to get the job done and get Ace out of our home - Some work was not done according to the agreement such as venting stove/microwave to outside - Premium dimmable under-cabinet lighting was replaced with cheap LED tapes with no mention until we found it and complained - Items needed were not present on more than one occasion despite a physical inventory taken by Ace to confirm everything was delivered - When a bathroom cabinet was found to be the wrong size (due to ordering, not measuring) the owner asked the contractor to "just make it work" - he couldn't because it was too large and blocked the door and it had to be reordered - Final details were terrible - missing paint, missing trim, large gaps filled with silicone, etc. - Every delay had an excuse - we heard them all, and some of them twice - Job site was always messy and sometimes dangerous - open paint cans, sharp items left on the floor, spilled paint/grout/mud, live electrical left out, etc. - Kitchen appliances were ordered early and arrived in November 2021 so they would be ready to install - they didn't get installed until June 2022 - the new refrigerator sat unused in our living room for over 6 months - Calling for updates and scheduling was useless - Wendy was friendly, but rarely knew anything that was happening or supposed to happen - There are too many more cons to list - I don't have the energy to document them all

Ace Services was responsible for remodeling our bathroom. Will and his team were great with communicating, and Will did a great job overall with the remodel. Our bathroom is beautiful and we greatly appreciate all his work!
