Do not let this company take advantage of you. They do not honor their work or warranty’s. I had a ac installed less then 3 years ago that has had nothing but problems all related to a botched install. The system has leaked refrigerant since installed and has had numerous other issues relating to the install. They came out to check a lack of cooling and determined that I had a leak in the system. They tried to charge me for the refrigerant that is leaking because there terrible install job. I called to speak to the manager who does not return calls. The tech they sent stormed off and left with out any resolution to my problem or concerns. Do not let this company take advantage of your elderly family or friends. Go elsewhere they do not deserve your business or hard earned money.

Mason is an amazing service tech!!! He did a service call after 5pm. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need service done on my furnace

Eric (5 stars) is the manager and he is excellent. He's great. Very timely, very clean, comes back for any problems.

Very prompt and professional!

I have had an annual service contract with them for more than 20 years. All the while, I have owned old homes with boilers. They installed A/C in the attic, dropping the ducy work through the closets on the second floor. We have been very happy with this kind of big project as well as smaller things. I can remember only one frustrating, difficult time with this company in over 20 years.

Initially, we received three estimate for the work to be done. We have been a customer of Bel Aire for the past twenty years for routine service so we are familiar with their excellent customer service. As it turned out, they are also very competitive with their pricing of a total furnace/AC replacement. They are professional, courteous, and skilled. The installation was timely and expertly done.

Everything was orchestrated very well.
The sales call went good. The salesman was running late but did call to let us know. The company representative was very thorough in his explanation of the different models, being sure to let us know of the discounts we qualified for, listing everything that would be done and had it all down in writing for us.
The ductwork needed to be cleaned before the new furnace could be installed. The appointments were scheduled 1 business day apart so the job could be completed in a timely manner.
We are very happy with the product and the people involved that worked with us.
