These were great people to deal with, they were very professional and knew what they were doing. They took great care protecting my home moving equipment in and out and left the job site spotless upon completion of the job. I am extremely pleased with my new heating and AC unit and could not be more pleased with the job Garner Heating and Cooling did for me.

Brad really helped me out when my AC broke. He came out to evaluate the problem the next day. I ended up needing a whole new unit and he gave me a very fair quote on replacing it. He got the parts in very quickly. Less than 2 weeks after my initial call I had a new functioning AC. Brad is friendly and professional. He was on time for all appointments. The office staff was also friendly and helpful when I called. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Garner was nice and arrived quickly. Unfortunately he accidentally burned the electrical wires when replacing the gas valve because the burner was not sitting properly. He had to splice the wires, which I was not too happy about. But he finished the job and at the price we agreed.
