Everything went really well. My AC wasn't cooling my house. With 3 kids and a baby this was a huge concern. I had price compared with a few companies and found this one the most reasonable. Mike came out quickly and was very professional and efficient in resolving the issue. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Its seemed to go fine when they were out here. But the fact that they missed what was wrong, and before they left the system kept shutting off. They saw that it was doing that and they kept making excuses as to why it was doing that. It was doing that because it was low on Freon. They didn't notice there was a leak. Most importantly, the liquid line filter was not installed. By law you have to install that.

I called the company in the morning and spoke to the owner. He said he could have someone out that day. The repairman was at my house before noon and assessed the problem. Within 1/2 an hour, I had a new spigot. Wonderful job!! Yes, I would have them again.

Not only did they unplug the toilet, but also the bathtub. They also gave helpful advice about upgrading the toilet and keeping the drains clean. They were very polite, very patient, professional, and helpful.

Everything was great! I received a call shortly before his arrival and when he came, he was very polite. Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet. Im happy to say, found my new plumber and heating and cooling guy, I will be giving him my business in the future.

They were able to come in about 1 hour after making the call on a Saturday. I called other companies that said they would be able to come Monday. Also gave a discount for Angies List. They were very nice and did a great job.

I had another company come out that advised me that I needed to have a new furnace installed. When Affordable Heating, Cooling and Plumbing came out, they inspected the unit and were able to repair it. I really appreciated that they took the time to find out what was wrong and their honesty. I had told them what the other company suggested and they could have taken advantage of that but this company is very honest and upfront.

So happy! The tech was on time, he showed concern. Alex explained exactly what he was going to do, and was patient and professional about it. Alex was very helpful, he showed me how to properly clean the air conditioning unit outside for better working performance. Keeping it clean and free from grass clippings and debris, which will be helpful for future seasons. He charged my air conditioner up with refrigerant, weighing it on a scale right in front of me. And the price was definitely reasonable and affordable. I will surely call them for future work when needed, and also recommend them to friends and family.
