I paid the bill in full and then got another bill. We also still have earwigs in the house which was our main indoor concern. Not sure how effective the outdoor carpenter bee problem has been.

First Choice Pest Control will always be my first choice. Allie in the office was very informative and scheduled visit for the day after I called. Dealing with carpenter ants, Roger came and identified the problem, assessed the location of the ants and inspected up and lower levels and the outside of the house. He explained the problems and reviewed what he would be doing, he also had me leave the house for several hours after the treatment so that I would not be in harms way. I was advised that it would be 7-10days to insure that the ants were taken care of. I have a one year warante for the company to return if any ants return they will come out and retreat. There are long term contracts to sign and they have several in house and exterior insect plans available. Job well done.Thank you

The 150.00 dollar charge for an inspection is a rip off. The inspection took less than 5 minutes, and I was informed that I had carpenter ants. I was relieved that it was not termites. It would have costed an additional 200 plus bucks for any pest control service. There should have been some kind of basic service with the inspection. Basically I am out of 150 and received nothing!

It has been less than 24 hrs since the service was performed. No sign of ants at this time but I have been assured the company will return if I see any evidence of ants in the next two weeks. Technician was very knowledgeable.

From the moment I called everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Only reason I gave 4 stars on services is because the property was just sprayed a cpl days ago and it s been raining since so I couldn t tell you how well it has managed the mosquitoes 🦟. I will do another in a month. Thus far everything has been awesome.

The employee that came to my home was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained the process before spraying. We are very pleased with outcome. Before the spray we had many ticks that actually landed on my husband and I. Afterward I can sit on the grass while pulling weeds or kneel in the garden without coming into contact with any ticks. I haven t seen any mosquitoes either. I m sooo very glad I called First Choice Pest Control.
