Dillon came the same day I called. He explained what he was going to do and the warranty on their work which had also been explained to me on the telephone. He told me how to keep my cats safe from the product they sprayed. I was very pleased with the service.

Very prompt, actually added us to an already full schedule and came the day we called them. We feel assured that they will do the work as promised without hedging. The price for a year's worth of mole control is very reasonable.

Poor communication. I called to get an estimate and he asked when should they come out. I assumed he wanted to look at the work as they were going to seal any gaps. When the worker arrived we walked around to check things out. He didn't see a need for mouse control, just bugs. He then thought he was doing the work. I said no I just wanted an estimate. He said $340 and I said I am waiting for other bids. Then he said ok, how about just $140 to be competitive and I said I will let them know. The next day the manager or owner call and asked what happened. Not sure why he couldn't have asked the guy that came out. I again explained and then agreed to have them do the work. They came back out the next day promptly, no problem there. He sprayed my baseboards window sills and basement windows, done in minutes, no problem there. He handed me the invoice and I wrote him a check. After he left I noticed near the top is said one time service. I texted him and he said yes that was only for one treatment. I said he didn't say that when he re-quoted me. So my rating is very low due to such a high price and very poor communication. I had much better quotes and would have never went with Wolverine if they had been more clear about their services and pricing.

The house still has fleas after 3 treatments. My cats are miserable, they were treated before each visit. I paid over $700 for indoor and outdoor. When I got the 2nd invoice I questioned it and was told that it was $500 just for the fleas. I've never had this done, so maybe the cost was reasonable. When I hired them I was very concerned that I had packing boxes everywhere. They said no problem as long as the baseboard (peremiter)was sprayed. The 2nd time the boxes were why it hadn't worked. The 3rd time maybe the previous owner had used the same product and the fleas were ammune to it?

They actually rescheduled for a day earlier than I scheduled on Home Advisor and took care of the problem promptly. Roger was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a problem with yellow jackets and they responded quickly and did the treatment the next day. We had thousands of yellow jackets and were extremely pleased with the rapid excellent service.
