I was very happy. Took them a while to call and set up the appointment, however, it was also the holidays.

Installed part 2 of garage storage system.  Assembly of cabinets and hanging of wall system

The person came in on time and were professional. We had several small projects for them to do and they were basically unable or unwilling to do them and to work with us to fix them. The service was not worth the price and we will not call them again.

All jobs completed in timely fashion.  Happy with contractor.  Would recommend.

Did the work we agreed upon at the price we agreed upon.
Competent. Professional.   These guys are some of the better Angies' list providers and the "deal" was worth it. Hope to have them back for additional projects.

This was the second time I had Doug come out. They are wonderful to work with. The cost is great and the work is top natch. They are the only choice now for work at my home.

He was very professional and we will be using him in the future. Just not ready to do the work at this time.

Ran cable and calked kitchen and shower.  Two men for two hours (?), |Didn't show first day.  Called twice then cancelled until the next day.  We waited the day before for hours. | |They said they cancelled the day before because they were on a job and hadn't finished and said "you would want me to do the same for you". | |As soon as their two hours were up here, they declined to stay for additional pay.  Other jobs didn't get finished.  We were disappointed. | |However the work they did was quality.  I guess I had hoped for the same courtesy as they said was their reason the night before. | |I'm not sure of the exact date work was performed.

Everything went perectly!  Arrived on time (a bit early).  Finished on time.  Very friendly.  Couldn't ask for more.

Provider had to spend time to get materials. I also had to pay for materials which i thought were more than they should have been.

It went great. Every time. Doug does not always answer the phone, but he always returns messages. They come when they say and do what they say they will do. What I liked in the beginning of our relationship, is they were the only ones to actually itemize the estimate, so that I knew what everything was and could pick and choose.
They listened to my concerns and tailored the work accordingly. They did the small things, like fixing up the floor after the floor guy would not (or could not), but they also did the big thing like redoing the bathroom and Doug even went tile picking with me. It turned out beautiful. He actually went twice: when the first tile we picked arrived at the house and he was able to look at it, he called me and told me that he did not like the way it looked. So off we went to choose all new tile! He was right, it would have been awful. Now the ne bathroom looks like a million bucks.
I will use them again  and again. I already have projects in mind....

He responded quickly. I emailed him with the list of tasks including installing a window shade, repairing a wall with holes, hanging book shelves and other small tasks. He and his partner arrived on time with the necessary equipment. All tasks were completed to my satisfaction.

I have set up to have them do additional work.

They were prompt, professional, and kind. We'd hire them again. Thanks!

I left detailed information and questions to be address when the Big Deal was purchased. I never got a phone call from the contractor. Later, I reviewed the messages on the website. He stated that he did not have my phone number. In the event that anyone forgot to leave a phone number when purchasing a deal, it should prompt the contractor to secure the phone number form Angie's List.

 The person has already paid for the service, they just forgot to leave the phone number. Most importantly, this is how business is conducted if the contractor wants to discuss the job, timelines, process, supply needed information and secure supplies if needed. You can NOT do all of the via email conversations.

Doug and his associate did a nice job.  They arrived early and were pleasant and professional.  I would have them back at anytime.  Thanks guys.

Doug arrived at the appointed time, checked out what I needed done and told me he could fix the windows. We set a date for the repair and he showed up again, on time. The only negative I would have was his smoking. He has since performed another job for me and is coming today for some plumbing repair.

Doug was great - suggested solid color stain to cover the "age" of the deck.
The showed up when they said they would and we are very happy with the results.

Called for an estimate to have some painting and repairs done on garage doors, windows and trim. Did not even return my call. Apparently my job was too small for him to worry about.
Customers still deserve a call back so they are not left waiting and wondering if they should call someone else. Very unprofessional treatment of customers....

Doug called me the night before the projects.   I liked that he didn't have to come for an estimate first.  We talked about the projects, and he showed up the next day with the tools he would need.   I bought Angie's hot deal ---3 hours of service for $150.   I was very glad that I did not have to spend additional monies on the projects.    On the downside, he was having crew issues and spent a lot of time on the phone, for which he apologized.    And he left after 2 1/2 hours without assessing my dryer wiring, which was discussed in our phone conversation.

Really well. I had to run out to Home Depot & KSI to get parts to ensure a good fit for the new counter-top & cabinet, but I was able to do it and not cause a delay with their work. It took 3 hours for the two of them to complete ($99 - Angie's Deal which only covered 1 1/2 hours for two.) and they only charged $99 for the labor overage. I was extremely satisfied with their work and the value for my money!
