The clinic performs cremations on site. In may, the clinic lost my dog's ashes. The ashes are placed in a white box with the name written in pencil and that is all. No forms filled out, no double checking by employees. Anyone can come in and pick up a box, thinking it's their pet's ashes. I came in several times to see if they found the ashes only to be told "we saw you pick them up" (I was out of town so, impossible) I was told "it was the fault of the receptionist". I don't care about excuses. I want my dog's ashes. They didn't charge me for the service but they just don't realize how something like this hurts. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. The vet is good but he needs to change the way he keeps records on his patients. His filing system is haphazard. I will never find closure for my baby's death. I can not use him as my vet anymore, due to this issue and the way the practice is run.

Dr. John Lindamood is EXCELLENT !! I have been going to him for over 35 years, and it will very hard to fill his shoes. I have friends of mine that now travel 3 hours from the Chicago, IL to use his services for their pets and award winning show dogs once they tried him. He is a class act.
