+ -1 moreThey told me my furnace was fine and they didn't have to replace it, even though it was an old furnace. The only thing I didn't like was they left the big black electrical cord that comes from the house on the surface on the ground. I thought that should have been well covered.
Description of Work: They replaced my air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They are very reasonably priced. They have been in the business for a very long time. The owner is always there. I can always reach the secretary or the owner. They know what they are doing. They are familiar with older homes. They don't gouge. If the owner can't get back to me right away the secretary will.
Description of Work: I used Cooper Carlson Heating & Air Conditioning about a month ago. He fixed a small compressor on my furnace. I am getting a dehumidifier put on my furnace. I told him to wait a month or two to put that in.
