I obtained an estimate of $750 for repairs for leaks around chimney areas on my roof after an inspection of my roof. The repairman came within 2 weeks and spent 2.5 hours on the roof. He was very friendly and assured me that the leak areas had been repaired. I was surprised that the work was done in 2.5 hours since the estimate was $750. I did not immediately pay due to the unexpected $300 per hour charge. I called and discussed this situation with the company and was assured that this was their expected rate and that the estimate was correct. They said this was their standard cost structure. "It is necessary to charge this manhour rate to cover their company overhead" This answer was not satisfying to me, but since I had signed the quote, I provided a check to them for the full $750.

We had a little back-and-forth on when they were coming just due to the weather changing. He came out and did exactly what he said he was going to do and more very friendly very knowledgeable would recommend.

John’s customer service is impeccable, he gave me a good quote for my roof , stuck to the quote,gave me everything he said he would ,stand up guy and company. His crew showed up early and was done by the allotted time. They were very professional, fast and efficient, and cleaned up after the job was completed. The other impressive thing I noticed was that they used a rubber wheeled hydraulic buggy that elevates up to the roof to bring materials and clean off the old stuff. They didn’t damage anything on my property!Adam is a great guy as well.solid company I wish them all the success there is!

We found our roof to be leaking and didn’t really know where to turn. A quick search here and a posting of my project and True Built was our choice. A) they called me quickly. No one else even called. B) Brian was at my door within 90 minutes and spent some time assessing and going over my options with me. He was super knowledgeable, offered a reasonable price, and was able to get the repair done on the same visit. He even took the time to tack down some loose gutter and inform me about some potential chimney work. I appreciated their electronic invoice payment as well.
