We were not able to find a driver /carrier for the requested time slot. As a Result we were not able to do business with them. I liked there follow up and employee Beverly... She was helpful.

We hired them to move 3 automobiles from Staten Island to Mesa, AZ. 2 of the 3 cars were show cars. We paid for an enclosed transport and they came with a soft-sided truck & the tarp that was covering the cars had holes. They'd also stacked some clunkers on top of my car and it arrived with oil stains, filthy and some mild dimple-damaged. Another issue was the driver was extremely rude. When he loaded the cars he kept looking at the car and saying that there was damaged when there was none. We got that clarified. But he still came 2 days early to pick up the car and the car was still 4 days late arriving in AZ. When he did arrive, he started screaming at me and refused to give me the car unless I signed off despite the damage. We got the car back and we contacted Jennifer with the company, who sent an adjuster who told us it needed to go through the driver's insurance instead of the company. But we have not heard anything back. We had the cars repaired and sent them the bill, but we have not received any satisfaction. They totally mis-represented themselves and I don't want anyone else to fall victim to this.

This was our first time to have a vehicle transported, and we were a little apprehensive as the car is ten years old but very low mileage and in perfect condition.  We were also interested in whether we could pack items in the back of the car for transport.  Jen has all the credentials that we sought..  Although insurance does not extend to the items in the back of our car, we decided to take a chance and even left all our CDs in the center console.  Everything was exactly where we packed it. and the car was clean on arrival!  The drivers said that they would put it on top and cover it, and they were good on their word.   This is a long and intense trip in just a few days, and we offered our drivers a tip in an envelope before they left, just as we would any service person, for which they seemed appreciative.
We were impressed with Jen's efficiency and professionalism.  We had contracted for the move a couple of weeks ahead of time. We discovered that you need to be patient with the process.  The trucking firm that will transport your vehicle may change before the pickup date for a number of reasons, including an unacceptable increase in pricing or a change of route by the trucking firm.. Jen's job is to have your car delivered on time, at the price she quoted, and she does this very well.  We contacted a service that used only their own trucks, rather than a brokerage, but the price was outside what we wanted to pay.  A good brokerage is working for you rather than the transport service. 
 If we were to move another vehicle, we'd definitely use this firm again..  We enjoyed working with Jen.

Picked up when scheduled; delivered when scheduled.  No complaints.

Wonderful Jennifer is very pleasant and professional to work with. We were scammed by a car transporter out of New Jersey , kept giving reasons after reasons why he couldn't pick up the car. After three weeks and still no car we called and requested our money back, after looking him up on scam alert and finding out who he really was he reluctantly refunded our deposit. His company is also listed on transport reviews no stars! So working with Move My Auto was a very pleasant experience !
