A+ company would deiviately recommend to family and friends for all your roofing needs.

There is far too much to write when it comes to my experience and am still deciding whether or not I will be pursuing further action with this company. This, to my knowledge, is not a roofing company but a company that, at least seemingly for my experience, subcontracts the cheapest labor within your area that fits your needs. This generally would not be a problem if the state of the worker, singular there was no team, was in a condition to be working on a roof alone, in icy conditions, while wearing crocks. I alerted Mighty Dog roofing of the safety concerns that I had with this gentleman working alone. I will also state the worker was also not in a state to be working on a roof especially in those conditions, i was led to believe he headed a TEAM that would work on the roof. Mighty dog responded to me seemingly surprised but allowed the subcontractor to continue the job (i was at work at the time). I escalated this fact to what i think was corporate mighty dog but was redirected back to their VP who was the person that appointed the worker in the first place. I have since demanded to see the roofing or contractors license for the worker, I have heard no response on that end from Mighty Dog. I stated my concerns with the workers safety and the overall safety policies of Mighty Dog since there was almost no OSHA protocols followed. This is dangerous and ethically questionable. All my questions to Representatives with mighty dog were either met with an excuse, a deflection or turning the blame onto myself. For instance when I let the Mighty Dog representative know that I was looking into the worker and that i was escalating the problems that I saw, I then started receiving calls from the worker (I honestly do not remember giving him my number) asking me not to escalate it. (Odd) quality of work? I do not know, i have not been able to get up on my roof and actually inspect the repair, it does not leak? so far. If its anything of the quality of the Gutter sealing also performed by the same man, then its not looking great. I have sealant hand smeared onto my fascia boards. I can upload photos at a later date. This was a nightmare. only reason i give the quality a 2 is because A) I cant check it at the moment B) it has not leaked yet. This was a company I trusted because I was in a bind. But its pretty questionable business practice.
