Jim Ritz was exceptionally prompt in returning phone calls. In dealing with him, I found him to be very professional and
cooperative.
My husband's leather recliner is discolored on the headrest and I've been wanting to have it restored for a while.
Jim stated that he would have to take it to his workshop for weeks (or even months) to remove the oils discoloring the leather. Only then could he refurbish the color.
Needless to say, my husband balked at removing "HIS chair" from the house.
Therefore, we weren't able to do business with Fibernew.
I had purchased a coupon when I signed up with Fibernew and Jim and Angie's List were very cooperative in crediting my account.
