Description of Work: Tried hiring Wilson's flooring to refinish a 240 sq ft oak floor bedroom. Upon learning of my location he told me he would call me back to set a date since my house was not near his business. The next day while trying to set a date he hung up on me when I asked him to hold 10 seconds. Called him back twice and left messages. Never heard from Wilson's again.

Description of Work: I was impressed with Wilson's right from the start of my experience. Jeff returned my phone call the same day. He gave me a date to refinish my hardwood floors and his wife called about 3 days before to reconfirm that they would be here to do the work. They arrived about 10 minutes earlier than expected on the arranged date which impressed me. Jeff explained in detail exactly what they would be doing and then how to take care of my floors afterward. My floors look great. Overall it was an excellent experience doing business with Wilson's.

Description of Work: Wilson's sanded and finished the floors in my Living room, hall, and three bedrooms. Excellent results, done as described, in a very timely manner. I would definitely use this company again if I had anymore floor to refinish.
