Express Flooring is tops!

Joan sales rep. very helpful, Contractor co-originated with Express to have the tile available when it came time to install. (I will write a separate review on them). Due to a mistake of thinking the mosaic I ordered came with more rows than it actually (thought each "tile came with 22 rows only had 19) did I had to change the plan a little bit or wait 3 days for my back splash to go in. But no big deal. The finished product is appealing and looks a lot more expensive that actually was.

The service was good. The installers arrived as scheduled and they did a good job of removing the old floor and installing the new one and cleaned up after installation was complete.
In early 2014 the floor developed a bubble. I called Express Flooring and they sent out the installer to repair the floor. He did repair it or so I thought and then left, but a couple weeks later the bubble came back. I called them again only this time I was told that the bubble was caused from a plant stand and because the stand didn't have any protective pads under the feet it was not their responsibility to fix it. I was confused because I didn't understand why a plant stand would cause this bubble when my heavy refrigerator and stove didn't cause one. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and told me she would speak with the installer again and he would call me back, which he never did. I believe the floor wasn't glued down properly in that area and the repair would have been more involved than the installer wanted to deal with. That being said, I will not use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The installers were professional and prompt. They explained what would be done first. I did not know that there were three areas to cover when doing stairs and to cover all three would be moore labor intensive. It looked very neet and cleen when they were done. There was a additional cost but I was notified befor they started the work.

The owner was a nice guy. He took his time. He talked to me and explained things to me. They were on time and they did a good job. They are a good company.

We had no idea where to start. Do tell them that.
Do tell them no. When they present options, tell them what you like and don't like. They will continue to pull ideas and options until you are happy with what you see. Take their advice and take home samples to see how it looks. They are very gracious with allowing you to take samples for a couple of days.
We worked with another home improvement contractor in the area, who referred us to Express Flooring to make our choices for materials. Express Flooring helped us with our final material choices. But we did not work through them for the final material order or installation. The contractor coordinated all of that with Express for us.

They have great customer service. It was the first time we had used them. They were very very helpful in choosing everything.
