The job went ok. The professionalism was poor. The quality is not great. First off they came out to do the job and did not have their own power/generator. I had things to do and they were wanting me to leave my garage open when I was leaving to get power from my outlets. After I stated that they should have their own generator, they got an attitude with me and tried to say it was my fault that I have no outlets outside my home. Then they did the pour. The concrete truck that they hired must have washed out on the grass between the sidewalk and the road. There was concrete left in my grass. I called to complain and asked to promptly be cleaned up. The person I spoke to said, " I have a hard time believing we left concrete in your yard." I offered to send pictures of the concrete and then I was told someone would come to clean it. After one week it still was not cleaned. I ended up having to rake it myself. Finally after just over a year of the pour, there is a 4x6 piece of concrete that has chipped off of the curbed section of the approach. Not what you would expect from a "proffesional" at the cost of $2800.00. All in all the inadequate planningg, the poor customer service, and the quality of the work leads me to give a low review. I would not recommend this company for a concrete job. Nor would I ever consider hiring them for any construction job on my property.
