Tara was very responsive to my inquiry and we were able to match schedules for her site visit. Her quote came in very quickly after her home visit.  We were able to readily find a mutual agreeable time for the work to be done to coincide with floor refinishing.  Tara and her crew arrived on time, worked very hard and were extremely competent, well mannered and productive.  They finished the  job on schedule and cleaned up so well you would never have known they had been there.  The finished panting is lovely.  

Due to a miscommunication on my behalf painting of a fireplace was not completed.  With just an email, a crew member was here the next day and the error was rectified at no cost to me.

I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a painting bid well, work done on time with no mess, and your repainted home looking lovely.

The experience was decent.  The wallpaper removal was fine, but the patching required more finishing than expected.  The wallpaper removal took much longer than anticipated, and was barely completed in the time quoted.  I think they underestimated the job - but we felt the price didn't.

The owner responded quickly and professionally to our request for a price to stain our deck.  Once a price was established, she directed us to the local paint story to select the stain.
Shortly after the stain was selected, a worker arrived and, in the course of one warm, dry day, applied two coats of stain on the walking surface of the deck and one coat on the upright parts.  He was professional, responsive and competent. 

Tara's professionalism, responsiveness and customer service skills are exemplary. She took the time to ensure we were satisfied with the job. Tara also helped me select paint colors. With 7 new rooms that needed to be painted, Tara's skill in color selection and coordination were indispensible. I would and WILL recommend Speed Pro to anyone - I had intial concerns because Tara's bid was below 4 other bids I received, but now understand that her team's efficiency and professionalism allow them to complete jobs effectively and efficiently, ensuring that their prices remain very competitive. After getting several quotes from different sources, I found Speed Pro on Angie's list and contacted them via e-mail.  Tara was quick to respond and we began a dialog on what services I was interested in and a directional cost to perform those services.  She was extremely knowlegeable and after our discussion, I was very interested in having her come out to the house to confirm the job and pricing that she had quoted during our conversation. 
She showed up on-time, looked at the job and wrote up the quote.  The cost was exactly as she described during our previous communications and after being able to meet her in person, I was looking forward to having Speed Pro do the work
We agreed on a time for the work to begin and an approximate completion date.  The crew started and completed as expected.  The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job.  There were never any issues and Tara's communication was great.   
I look forward to using Speed Pro again and would defintely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional painting company.

I don't know why everybody gave "A" to this company, but our experience at best was "D" with them.
Poor job done in kitchen by owner herself. You can see white patches even after 2 coats !  third one costs extra.
We just went with them because of excellent rating on Angie's, but now I think I should have shop around.
They have dripped paint on carpet as well as on floor in our newly constructed house...

I could not be happier with the job done by Speed Pro Paint. I got two
estimates (both Angie's list companies) before selecting Speed Pro. The
first company quoted me 3 days/4 painters/$1500.00. Tara quoted me one
day, two painters, $750.00. There was such a difference, I was actually
concerned! I almost went with the more expensive quote because, well, if
it seems to good to be true... Fortunately I used my head and went with
Speed Pro. It took two painters 1 day to finish the job. About $750
including paint to do my living room, foyer, stairs and upstairs hallway
(including paint!) It looks beautiful! They were professional, polite;
came on time, and did a perfect job. I could not be happier. I will
never paint another room again! Speed Pro has gained a customer for
life. Thank you!

Initially, I had the interior of my house painted by an amateur. The result was very shoddy work...it had to be redone.
I called Tara and she responded promptly to set up an estimate. When she arrived, she was a great help in picking out some bright colors that would update my new home. I'm not exactly an interior designer so it was great to have a confident opinion on my side. I ended up doing an  accent wall that looks great in my living room.
The work was done in a punctual manner. I had three rooms done (two coats of paint) and my ceilings in a flat white. It took less than six hours. When I came home, everything was clean and in order. Most of all, the painting looked great. I will definitely call Tara again in the future, the first time!

Speed Pro Painting came to our house and gave us an estimate promptly
after I contacted them via e-mail. The owner came out for the estimate
and even helped me decide on the color by bringing in lots of color
charts.  After this  I promptly received an estimate and sent in my
deposit to hold the date we agreed on.  Communicating with this company
via e-mail is an excellent experience.  E-mails are answered right away
- no waiting. The crew arrived on time on the day we agreed on and
began painting our living room, dining "L", hallway - ceilings and
moldings.  They also closed off an old clothes chute in the hallway and
dry walled over it (you cannot even tell it was there).  It took the two
workers a full day to complete the work, and they were very polite and
worked hard.  The paint job was excellent and we are very pleased.  We
are planning to have them back again in a couple months to paint two
bedrooms.  Thanks Speed Pro for a job well done!

Tara and her team at Speed Pro painting were extremely professional. Tara responded to my inquiry the next day and we scheduled a date for an estimate. Her estimate was accurate. The crew that came to do the painting were on time and professional. The area that needed patching was done very well and the lines were straight. The crew cleaned up and only trace amounts of dust were left on the floor. They were very thorough and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Speed Pro to anyone and will hire them again for my next painting job!

I called several places to get an estimate for power washing the twenty year old deck on my house that I recently bought.  I don?t know much about decks, nor this deck?s history in particular, but it looked stained and as if the finish had long been worn off.  I got a couple quotes in the $400 range, and for that price I was prepared to just borrow my friend?s van and rent a power washer from Home Depot and attempt it myself. 
But, I later called Speed Pro and (owner?) Tara asked me to email her the dimensions and a photo, since it was hard for me to meet her just for an estimate appointment.  I told her in advance that the other quotes I had obtained were beyond my current budget.  She gave me a quote of $250, and that seemed within my range.
When Speed Pro arrived they realized what they apparently couldn?t discern from my photo, which was that the mildew, etc., staining was very severe.  They could have just power washed my wood as best they could, and moved on to the next contract.  But, instead, they took it upon themselves to drive to Home Depot, buy chemicals, and then do treatments before power washing.  What perhaps could have been presumed to be a ninety minute job took them the entire afternoon.
The deck looks very good.  Of course it doesn?t look ?just like new,? but it probably looks as good as it possibly can.  I?m a little surprised that Speed Pro took so much pride in doing things as well as if it was the deck on their very own home.  And, I?m even more surprised that they did all that unforecasted extra work while still holding their original quote.  I don?t have a history of experience with decks, but I do now know enough that when I have to get this kind of work done in the future, the first (if not only) quote I?m going to get will be from Speed Pro.

They did a very good job. Cleanup was not the best (left tape and fixings undone), but they were punctual and the painting was fine, except for a few blank spots. Still, we will be considering them again very soon for another condo we own .

I  plan on hiring this company again. Everything was superior in every way.

Contacted the company by email to get a quote.  Received an email from Tara saying she would be out the next week to provide a quote.....never heard from her again.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience using Speed-Pro Painting.  I feel Tara gave me a fair price for painting the outside of my windows, which had been rebuilt by a window company.  The color match to the existing color of the house was decent; and the paint, I believe, was Sherwin-Williams Duration, which I was happy with.  Sadly,  I found the rest of the job lacking.  The windows were all painted closed.  I mean, completely stuck closed!   Had to be forced open.  No casing painted,  including half-painted windowsills.  When I e-mailed Tara, a worker was sent out the next day to correct the problem. But, not all the windows were corrected, so there was a third trip out.  The windows were opened, so the casing could be given a slap of paint.  That's it, no prep or removing the thick ridge of paint that "glued" the windows shut.  In Tara's own words she believes in "100 percent Customer Satisfaction", but not necessarily on the first time out.  I can't be the only one on the planet who expects a company to provide its best service on the first visit.  This was amateur work.  She said she was getting out of exterior work, because "it was too much trouble,"and apologized for the inconvenience.That says it all.

Just outstanding service and excellent work.  It took more time than Tara expected because an extra coat of paint was needed to cover some of the darker colors that had been on the walls in some rooms.  She asked if her team could work on a Saturday to make sure they stayed on schedule.  We weren't living in the house yet, so definitely ok with us.  A really remarkable level of professional conduct.  We will be hiring Speed Pro to paint the exterior of the house next.

Tara and her team were great.  Tara graciously accommodated our time, As we had a specific window for painting between closing on our our house and moving in.  For our initial job, the team was on the job on time and stayed until it was finished - which meant staying past their usual stopping time.  I appreciated that, given our timeline.  We were so happy with this initial job (painting of kitchen, family room, foyer and hallways) that we scheduled Tara and her team for another job right away (painting ceilings).  I've recommended Speed Pro Painting to friends and already had a friend use Speed Pro and was very impressed.  When we need more painting done, we will definitely call Tara and her team at Speed Pro Painting.

Their work was very timely and they were very thorough.  They did a good job.

The experience went great.  Tara gave a detailed estimate so I knew exactly what would be painted.  She scheduled the appointment and answered questions I had via email or phone promptly.  The painting crew showed up in a timely manner and cleaned up at the end of each day. I appreciated their professionalism and the quick and efficient manner in which the work was completed.  My house looks great.  I will definitely call Speedpro again if I need painting done.

My guest room project was performed in a day.  The project entailed removal of wallpaper, usual patching where necessary, and painting walls, woodwork and the closet.  The crew arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time and set up the job efficiently, and dove right in.  At the end of the day, the room was transformed from an eyesore room to one that was updated and pleasant.  Upon inspection, I noted a couple of small things that were quickly taken care of before the crew's departure.  A later, more thorough inspection yielded a couple of other small things that I was not totally satisfied with and I emailed Tara for resolution.  Promptly, at 9 A.M. the next morning, one of the crew members was at my door, with a smile and pleasant demeanor,  to resolve those picky things that I wanted changed.  I have become reliant upon Speed Pro's Tara and her crew to do the quality work that I would do myself, if not physically challenged.  I can count on Tara's years of expertise to tackle any "surprises" that my old house may present in these projects.  Her years of experience provide an encyclopedia of great ideas when you are just plain stuck, and solutions for many tricky paint problems.  Her crew is always punctual, professional and respectful of my home.  It has been a rarity to have to have someone come back out to resolve any point.    

I am looking forward to my next painting project which is in the planning stage, involving multiple rooms and has some very specific challenges.  I am confident that Speed Pro will do a fantastic job for me.
