I am kind of indifferent about the service that I've gotten.  It's what I would expect. They are helpful when you are there.  Their customer service is okay.

The salesman didn't have any examples of shingles with him, and although he was very nice, he really didn't know too much about what it was I needed to do. It took them a long time for the contractors to finally get out to me and when they did they came when they wanted to without even warning me first. The quality of the job was good but they had to come back and redo the flashing because they used black as well as gray flashing and it wasn't correctly installed. Even thought the end result was good I wouldn't use them again, and I cannot recommend them.

WE BOUGHT THE DOOR FROM HOME DEPOT AND THEY SENT OVER THEIR CONTRACTORS TO INSTALL THE DOOR. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND FRIENDLY WORKERS. WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I HAVE A LITTLE BEDROOM SO I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP. OTHER THAN THAT I THINK THAT THE CARPET IS WONDERFUL. I RESPECT THEIR COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
