Alexandria Windows and Doors removed my front door with two side lites and reinstalled it correctly. It is only 5 years old and was shifting. Another company quoted me $800 but Alexandria did an excellent job for $300. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, polite and thorough and I would recommend them. My lower rating on the "value for money" is probably more my being frugal but I thought for replacing a wheel on the sliding screen door, $180 was a bit high.

Very satisfied! I received a call soon after sending my request & they arrived the following day at the time I was told. It was a more complicated repair than we had expected, but it was done thoroughly and carefully. Very pleased & would definitely call Alexandria again if necessary.

DO NOT let these guys power-wash and seal your deck! Jason is a nice salesman but his crew has no idea what they are doing. They show up and state no need to power-wash the deck we do a better job by sanding it down..I said ok. They stripped 90% of the semi transparent stain off that was on there and begin applying the new semi transparent stain. Things go off the rails. Stain on my house, lap marks EVERYWHERE, missed areas, drip marks. A TOTAL DISASTER. WE ARE CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY TODAY. AVOID THEM!!!!

Jason answered our online request in minutes and came right over to give us a very reasonable quote. The carpenters came by a few days later and, although it was a tough repair and included both a door and several drawers, stayed until the job was completed. Fine workmanship and very dedicated workers!
