About us

Established in 1998 as A. NEAR Construction we performed all exterior home remodeling. In 2005 we changed our name to Empire Contractors and also narrowed our focus to the roofing field. We specialize in the residential roofing market and enjoy helping homeowners with their difficult decisions by offering an extensive computerized database of past customers, including roof styles and colors. Our Showroom is designed to feature many of our products, including Certainteed, Owens Corning, and IKO shingles, Mulehide flat roofing and coatings, and ACM metal roof products. Cities and towns we’ve served: Muskegon, Whitehall, Montague, Rothbury, New Era, Lakewood, Fruitport, Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Holland, Ludington, Manistee, Scottville, Pentwater, Hart, Silver Lake, Hesperia, Fremont.

Area around the house was kept very clean of debris. Installers were all professional and polite people. Mainly they did an outstanding job and did the work sooner than promised. Couldn't be happier with the job.
Description of Work: Complete tear off and re-shingle of our 100 year old cottage using CertainTeed Landmark Premium shingles.
