Joe came to do our estimate the same day that I called them, sent the estimate the next morning, and he and his team has kept in contact with us through the whole process of getting the insurance settlement. Gail has been wonderful, patiently and expertly guiding me, and answering all my questions and concerns. The team came yesterday and removed all of the carpeting, padding and tile from the basement, as well as the affected paneling. Everyone was friendly, efficient and fast. My mother has COPD so they even placed an air filter on the main floor to waylay my concerns about her breathing. They have left air filters, fans and a huge dehumidifier in the basement for the weekend to make sure everything dries out. I could not be happier with the professionalism, care and concern that this company has shown us through a tough time. Thanks Puroclean, I would recommend you to anyone! :)

Steve came out the next day, he and is team are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their line of work, they did everything I could ask for.  I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!  

I am thoroughly impressed with Gail and her team from PuroClean! I called them directly after purchasing a home from a previous smoker. We were concerned with nicotine and carcinogens from the tobacco smoke being in the air an residuals on the surfaces in the home. Thank goodness we called Gail to come give an estimate. After seeing how meticulous their team is (they worked on the kitchen cabinet hardware with a toothbrush) and how visible the difference was between clean an non-clean surfaces, every penny was well spent. I cannot stress enough how at ease we feel letting our small children touch the walls and kitchen cabinets after having them deep clean everything. We are very happy with the results!
