Pool Construction and Installation
Fall 2013 Renovations
Excellent. Tim is very professional and honest. Does great work; himself and his sub-contractors. It is obvious that he takes great pride in what he does. He kept me informed at every step, great communication! I would highly recommend him.

QUALITY ISSUES
Summer 2014 - One corner of metal coping started to separate from cement (about 15" long, about 1/4" gap)
Total Pools came out and caulked it. Unsure what caused it though !?!?
Summer 2015 - All four corners now separated from cement. Total Pools said it is caused from the weight of snow/ice on cover pulling down on coping. Several estimates indicating this is not the case, the issue is due to a faulty install.
Have made several calls, texts, emails to try and get Total Pools out to inspect, discuss resolution. Nearing end of summer, have not seen them yet.
Also, water is accumulating behind liner, causing several wrinkles on bottom and sides.
He did come out and patch an 8" cut in the liner (why it happened in the first place??) while I was on vacation, no charge. That was appreciated.
At this point, I don't know what to do, guess I have no choice but to look for new pool service company. Very unfortunate.
