Excellent to work with. They were able to perform the job the next day. Very honest and ended up informing me that we didn�t need to replace as many parts as I thought. They also charged less than the original quote. I would strongly recommend Shelby Mechanical.

I had a sump pump installed, not a shower. It was installed promptly and with skill. Person sent out was professional.

I felt very comfortable with him. Really nice guy who forgot our first appointment but was very apologetic and concerned with maintaining positive relations. Fixed a leaky faucet and helped me determine where a bathtub leak was coming from.

There is always a worry that you are getting ripped off by a contractor but no such feeling here. Ron was professional, prompt and courteous. He was neatly dressed and pleasant. The job I had was very simple so he gave me a quote over the phone. Others were not willing to do that. His charge was reasonable. I would definitely hire Ron again.

Ron did not even have to come to my house. He was so helpful that he talked me through the repair on the phone. If I ever did need a plumber to come to my house I would call Ron first. He was awesome, friendly and helpful.
