He was really nice. He couldn't make the first appointment.

It didn't go. After several attempts to reach the provider, a date was set up for wallpaper removal. That morning, he called to say his car broke down. I called to ask him to perform the service when his car was fixed. I got no answer.

Never was contacted after purchased deal. Ended up calling myself to discuss project and set up a time. Was asked to send a photo so a quote could be developed. Sent the picture as a text but never heard back. I followed up with another text and still didnt hear back so I called. Set up an appointment to get the work done, took a day off a work and he never showed up. I called and left a voicemail after several hours to see if we needed to reschedule but never heard back. Called Angie's customer service and asked for a refund. Would never use again. Very disrespectable to not even respond to texts or voicemails.

It was hard to contact Custom Property. They did not show up for first appointment, and had to return. They are a couple of kids who don't know what they are doing. They couldn't remove wallpaper paste because they didn't know how. They gouged my walls in their attempt to do something that they didn't know how to do. I had to remove the paste myself. I now have to repair the damage that they did. This was a "deal" offered by Angie's List. I paid $249 and was ripped off. IGNORE ANGIE'S DEALS!

I was very excited about this purchase as the price was right and it would have covered 1 of 2 jobs that I needed to be completed.  I bought this package on 10/1/16 and my email confirmation advised "Your availability for your Angie's List purchase has been sent to Custom Property Services. They will reach out to you to schedule soon!"  Today is 10/27 and I have not heard from this contractor.  I contacted Angie's List through a live chat and the representative was able to cancel the purchase.  Sadly this company may have gotten the work for the second job I needed but the lack of contact cost them both jobs. 

I paid through Angie's List and was told that I would receive a call from the service provider. After a week of not hearing anything I called them and left a message. Several more days went by with no response. I contacted Angie's List for a refund which was promptly given.

After he missed the appointment I tried to call him multiple times and email and didn't receive a response. It was very difficult to narrow this down to get a date for the service and when I finally did get a date he did not show up. He would not answer my calls or emails regarding missing his appointment. I stayed at home all day waiting for him to come and there was just no response.

They were very efficient and highly experienced, attentive to detail, and an all around pleasure to work with. They were very focused and organized on the project and cleaned after every work day. Their pricing was far more competitive than we had received from three other sources. Based on this project our painter of choice for all future home improvement projects will be Custom Property Services. Thank you for a job well done.

This person never was able to find time to get in and get the work done. After months and months of trading messages, he finally stopped responding to our messages in July. We still have plaster work on the ceiling that has yet to be done and no contact from him.

Ryan was very polite and professional. He did a great job and was informative about the work that he did. I bought a 3 hour deal and he completed everything in that amount of time. I am very pleased.

The work never got done. I selected potential dates online for when someone to come out and look at the job and potentially get started.After one week and never heard from anyone so I called them and left a message. Never heard back. I called again and spoke with someone and they said they had not received any paperwork or work order and he would look into it. I never heard back. I called in the third time and left a message on voice mail.I still never heard back as of 10/18/16.

Mr. R Hill made an appt to review the work for Sep 19 from 10 to 10:30. He did not show. I called a 2nd time & he made an appt for Sep 29 from 9:00 to 9:30. He did not show. Then he texted & said "Let's just schedule a day to the work instead of me coming out". So we scheduled Oct 3 from 1:30 to 5:30 to do the work. He did not show. He texted with excuses and said he would be there Oct 4 at 1:30. He did not show.

I paid but never heard from the company. I emailed through their site and still have not heard one word and it is 2 weeks later.

Very well. Was so pleased hired them to paint the room. Did a great job. Have already lined them up for another job.

Ryan Hill and his team were excellent. The painting was well done and the dry wall patching was thorough which included 3 areas of dry wall replacement. I actually hired Custom Property Services again to paint 6 rooms in my house. I thought the price was more than reasonable and far better than other painters I had contacted. In addition, Ryan is very conscientious and polite. A pleasure to work with.

It worked out well eventually. We had some scheduling issues. I hired him for painting also, came on 3 jobs. I have been happy with it. He called in sick and then I had a hard time getting back to him. I even had Angies List try to help. We said we would get back in touch to set up the work. Every time I called him, his voicemail box was full. Someone from Angies List got a hold of him and said yes he is still in business.  I said lets schedule a date and finish it up. I was happy for the work other then the snafu of trying to schedule after he got sick which was not a big deal but it was about two weeks which I wondered why he seems like such an outstanding, stand up, take pride in your work kind of guy.  After that was all sorted out it turned out to be. I was really happy with the $130, in addition to the one main crack, there turned out to be 4 other ones that had to be fixed before he painted so that was a great deal.

This was the best first experience on Angie's List that I could have asked for! I am so thankful that I found these guys. Not only did they repair the drywall, they offered to come back a few days later to paint the repair and even put the banister back on the wall. They were very responsive leading up to the job and prompt. They made sure that I was comfortable with everything. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!

Awesome work on a job I absolutely hate doing. Everyone was very polite and professional. They worked fast and efficiently and came back to finish the job at another time. They charged a very reasonable rate for the time over and above what the voucher covered. I highly recommend this company.

I have not had work performed by this company yet, always to busy or don't have time, may be over booked. Money was paid but services not performed.

I purchased a Big Deal offer on 7/14/2016 and I had a difficult time getting an appointment scheduled. The voicemail was always full and he text me back after I was finally able to get to his voicemail and I thought that was inappropriate also. The day of my appointment he did not even bother to call and explain why he could not make the appointment. I had to call him and he responded with a text message.
