I was orinigal told someone would come out and do a final measurement after we agreed to make the purchase.  2 weeks went by and we were never contacted, so we called them and they came out later that week.  After the measurement, I was told 4 weeks.  After 5 weeks I contacted them to ask about the status.  They said "oh we were just waiting to to schedule you, we've had your door here."  When I asked if they planned on calling me they said "oh yeah, but we've been really busy...we can get you in 2 weeks.  On the day of the install they called me in the afternoon "oh we had a problem at the first install we have to reschedule"  I was trying to be understanding and said ok, can I be the first install on the day, so I dont risk getting bumped again.  I get "of course sure thing no problem we will be there at 9a,"   The day of the install, the week before chirstmas, 10 am and no one has shown up.  I call again they women on the phone "oh your installer probably over slept, he does that sometimes haha."  I let her know that I took the day off of work and had other appointments to do and had made child care arrangements so that the install wouldnt interupt my sons schedule.  The owner get on the phone and told me I wrote down the wrong time and that I was told they would be there at 1 and I need to deal with it.  I said I will never do business with you again, he said he didnt care, plenty of other fish in the sea.
The installers were fine when they showed up, damaged some trim, and put way to many nails in the trim.  Didnt touch up paint the trim, even though the sales guy said they would.
No problems with the door, but they arent professional and are very disrepectful.

Salesman was ok -- on the initial visit, I had told him up-front I was seeking quotes from a few companies and I felt like he rushed the description of his product (probably thinking they would not get the job).  He also used a few of the "high-pressure" techniques -- i.e. "I can only give you this price if you sign the contract in the next 3 days, blah, blah, blah".  In the end, mainly based on a positive review from a neighbor of mine, I did end up going with the company for replacement windows.  Of the 3 quotes I sought out, their price was the middle (higher for Anderson "whole frame" replacement, lower for a company doing vinyl insert-only) -- quote seemed appropriate for the quality of the product.  
The installation crew was FANTASTIC.  Clean, professional, and had the job done in 1.5 days.  One of the crew members did a walk-through with me after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
I will likely do windows on the last side of my house this spring and will use the company again.

Salesman promised new doors in 3-4 weeks. That was on OCT 9th.  It took 4 weeks for the second measure to happen. Now 7 weeks after the purchase I'm told I won't have doors until early December. Early December in Michigan??  Today it is 17 degrees outside. I only purchased because I was told that the doors would be installed before winter started.

I complained to one of the owners, Kevin, and he could have cared less. They made the sale, got my deposit, so now customer service has gone out the window...............

Note: I ordered un stained doors because I THOUGHT I could stain them myself before winter, not now!! I will have ugly un stained/unpainted doors show casing my home for 3-4 months now.

12/8/14  Company stained my doors at no cost to me, a savings of $900.00 USD.  Thank you. However............sloppy work with the stain. runs and drips viewable to the naked eye. As a woodworker myself, it appears stain was put on thick and without attention to detail. I feel I should have waited and stained myself in the spring..  Obviously NOT a factory stain job.

Installers did a fantastic job;  they were thorough, professional and very informative. Again, the doors overall look FANTASTIC and the installers were the utmost professionals. VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL!!!

Company was responsive to my needs after complaining on Angie's list.  Good communication and stained doors locally, not at the factory, it shows............................

As promised, I have updated my response and grade on list after successful completion of installation. Thank You for your efforts in correction of my complaint.

They gave me a quote for about $10000.  The people and their responsiveness were good.  They guy that I worked with was good.

We first met with the sales person David Flood.  My wife and I signed a contract for the siding, gutters, and shutters on September 4, 2013.  The work crew should up sometime in October of 2013.  When the work was first completed we were very excited.  Then after the coldest winter ever we were outside our house and noticed that the job was not 100% done.  They did not do all of the trim work that was contracted.  There was caulk not installed and a lot of finishing touches not done. I could see the frames of my windows from where they had not trimmed them out.   

I contacted the company and the supervisor did a walk through of the job. The supervisor, Kirk, said that he would have everything fixed that I pointed out.  I informed him that I am not a licensed contractor and that I would like them to inspect the job and fix everything. A few weeks later I had the original work crew at my house and they only fixed the problems that I pointed out.

I then observed a bird living in between my siding and house a few days later.  I contacted the company again and the owner actually came out to do a walk through.  The owner insisted that everything would be fixed.  The worker  placed caulk in the hole where the birds were living, with the birds in their nest.  For the next few hours we had to listen to the chirping of what would have been dying birds.  We removed the caulk so that the birds could leave. 

To this day I am stilling waiting on repairs that the owner, Rich Hotea promised me would be done. 

I would not use this company unless you plan to by for a third party inspection.  Be prepared to fight to get your job completed 100%.  I am still picking up trash and nails from the work crew.  When they cut the siding and insulation they left it all over my property. I suggest you have a lawyer on retainer to deal with this for you. Completely unprofessional.

My husband and I were contacted by a salesman at our door. After lengthy discussion we decided to have our front door and garage door replaced. We filled out all of the paperwork for work order and financing contract. We told the salesman that if the financing was not approved we still wanted the work done, but we would opt for the front door work first . We would pay cash for services, and have garage done at a later date.

We didn't hear from them again, personally. Last week we received our signed contract and copies of paperwork in an envelope without explanation or even a note to contact them.

This is completely unprofessional and discourteous. We will still have this work done, but another company will be getting our business, including the bathroom remodel planned.

 I just received a call at 4 p.m. from Kevin, who was trying to further qualify me over the phone. When he questioned my flexibility on having my wife present, I held firm, and he told me if that was the case, they "would have to pass" on going through with the appointment...this despite the fact that a much higher rated roofing company on Angie's list came out for a scheduled appointment and provided me with a quote just a week ago. Clearly this Performance outfit is only interested in homeowners they can push around. Thanks, guys! You convinced me to spend my $10K with the other company.

They did avery good job.

Good. This year I do notice a few small repairs that need to be done, but haven't contacted them yet.

They were very professional. They were right on time. They said it may take 2 days to finish the work, but they were done in 1. They addressed every question I had. I said there was a screen that didn't look right, so they stopped everything they were doing to fix it. There was also a window that wasn't closing properly. They took the whole window off to check it for us. There was something on the roller that had scratched the track. They said when they come back, they will replace the track for us. After we saw their work, we order more windows from them because their work was so excellent! They also put canvas down throughout the whole house, so the carpet and floors did not get dirty.

The price was outrageous. Overall, I wasn't happy with them. I wanted copper gutters and copper valleys and they were supposed to send me a sample, and they called me and explained to me that I needed to pick a color of a roof. It took them over a month. I told them I can't pick a color until they send me a sample. I keep telling them to send me a sample of copper, but they haven't done it yet. The guy that called me didn't know anything about it so there was no communication between the salesperson and the office people. Overall, I was very unhappy with them. I would not recommend them to anybody. If I had to do it all over again, I would certainly never had them do my roof. They were extremely expensive. Their work was okay, but it wasn't great. It was a passing grade. They were pretty much on time when they said they were going to be there. They should have done way better. It seemed like once I signed on the dotted line, they didn't care about me anymore because they had me. I will not recommend them to anybody else and I will definitely not use them again.

It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend them. The installation team was first grade, the product was first grade and I was very pleased. I like the quality of the windows, their attention to details and they followed. They exceeded our expectations.

When we signed the contract a start date wasn't entered because the salesman was to check on a start date and let us know .He did tell us it would be sometime the next week but, when the week passed and I hadn't heard back from the salesman I called the company.  The roofing project manager called me back saying he was really sorry for the delay and  we set up a date for the Saturday before Easter. I have to say the crew of 6 was there before 8:00 a.m. and they didn't stop working until the roof was complete. And they had to strip the roof, replace bad wood and put on the new roof. They didn't even take lunch. Everything was neat a clean when they finished and they were done by 2:30 P.M that same afternoon. The project manager was there later in the afternoon to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction which it was. They also replaced my garage roof last year and we were very satisfied with the work.
