Atlas Heating & Cooling, LLC

The Atlas installer left a leak in a brand new $3700 AC unit, which remains under warranty. Now, despite multiple calls and legal intervention, the company fails to respond to numerous messages, refuses to come out, makes promises to call back but never does, tries to extort my elderly mother for $89 for a service call he never even intends to make and refuses to honor the warranty. My mother has had to call other repairmen to fix the problem; they say the warranty should cover the repair and that it is the duty of the installer to fix the leak.

I had called two other companies before Atlas and both of them either didn't show up or said they couldn't come after 5. Both of those I am referring to were referred by trusted friends. So I had to look online myself and was very worried about being lied to about the problem or bad customer service, etc. My moms air stopped working and I was helping her get it fixed. From the initial call to Spiro at Atlas he was kind, courteous and quick to schedule a time right away, that night actually! He just left and my air is working again! I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but because of Spiros honesty, kindness and hard working demeanor I knew I needed to take the time to leave a review. Thank you Spiro and Atlas!

Spiros is very customer friendly, which helps you feel at ease to ask questions. It turned out our furnace was the problem not the air conditioner, which we had to replace. He gave us information about the two top brands, which made it easier for us to make our choice. There was no high pressure involved, and we recommend this company. We will be sure to call them for all our future needs for heating and cooling.

I have had several disappointing experiences with some other heating and cooling companies in the area. This first experience with Atlas was very good, they showed up within an hour of my call, and the job was complete in about a half an hour for a price I found reasonable. No attempt to see me anything I didn't need or suggest a new unit or anything - very different from some of the other companies I have dealt with.

Excellent customer service! I didn't ever see Spiros - my repairman in person. We discussed the issue and repair process entirely over the phone. He explained the problem, discussed the options and even suggested a cheaper repair. He was very pleasant to work with.

They were very nice to deal with he seemed knowledgeable and he was willing to explain things. They charged my system it was very low and hoped it would be fine , but we knew it might have a leak after a few hours it wasn't able to cool properly. I called them and made another appointment and they never came back or called so now I have to call another company and hope they can fix it. This is getting old

They did their best to just repair the unit at minimal expense. Turned out that my furnace had lost it's mind and could not converse with the AC. Since the unit is over twenty years old I chose to have a new furnace installed rather than attempt to fix it and then down the road something else would go wrong. I am in my seventies and will probably be in a box before the new one goes in the toilet. I like the Atlas rep as he is straight foreword and their prices are in the ballpark with other suppliers.
