Adam quickly came out after hours and stopped the leak. Very responsive and professional. We have used him on several occasions and have been very satisfied with his work.

Wonderful. I explained what I needed done. Even though they had not used the product they looked up it up and and made sure they had everything. It was all done in no time! The work is very nice. The price was lower than other quotes.
I'll use them again if (or when) I have more work to be done around the house.

He was on time and very professional. I went over the list of small items I needed done. He told me what supplies I needed so that I could go to the store and pick them up, saving his time and my money, while he worked on the items that he had the materials to complete. The toilet proved to be a problem and it was decided that a new toilet would be needed. He said he would come back and install a new one once we purchased it.

I couldn't have asked for anything more or better. I was particularly appreciative of the advice to vent horizontally through the eves than vertically through the roof. It cost a bit more than my first option, but I'm very pleased I took Adam's advice.

Adam did a great job. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We called for an estimate, a time was scheduled from Adam to come out. He estimated the work, and it was completed the following week. Communication was great, everything was extremely timely. The work was completed in half a day, exactly to estimate, and everything works as planned. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

Do make sure you ask if your job will require any additional fees from other contractors brought in by Mr. Fix It.
Overall they did do everything very well so I would hire again.

We don't compromise quality to save money, we want to do the job right the first time. If it costs a little more, it's worth it to our customers to know we gave them a quality finished product and service."

I was a little concerned before he came , that I should have found a regular liscensed electrician, instead of a builder/handy man. But I think he strived for the safest solution, instead of the easiest one. He worked hard for 4 hours on a Friday afternoon, on a job made more complicated in my older home. We made plans for two other electrical jobs that I plan to hire them for after the new year. I am very satisfied.

They were great to work with overall! There were 2-3 technicians along with the owner of the company that came out, and they did a great job. The only issue was that the electrician never labeled the breakers for the panel, so I asked him to send those to me, but he never did.

Dave arrived on time, reviewed the work with me, and whenever he met an obstacle or needed a part during the process kept me informed. Everything works great.

It took a full 8 hour day, but my bill was less than I expected and the job was well worth the charge. The gentleman was polite, professional and devoted to doing a thorough job. I recommend this company without reservation.

Adam was very professional and pleasant. I hired someone to assemble the kitchen island, because it had to be put together well, so that the cupboards and drawers opened and shut well and lined up perfectly. He did an excellent job and was time effiicient. Very personable. As usual with assembly projects, not everything from the factory lined up as it should, or had holes drilled in the correct places. He was good at trouble-shooting and it turned out great! I would definitely hire him again, for any miscelaneous projects, big or small.

This is a very professional company. They have been responsive with phone contacts and workers arrived promptly. The workmanship is great with attention to detail. What a joy after the problems we had with a contractor 10 years ago! Although there was a glitch in the counter top order, which was custom-cut to the wrong size, they were able to expedite the reorder and it all worked out fine. We're very pleased with the results and happy to recommend Mr. Fix-it.

They have helped us care for our house since we moved in in the spring 2004. In the first few years, we spent a few thousand dollars per year repairing things that previous owners neglected. Last year, they installed a lamp post in the front yard and installed a new porch light to match the lamp post. This required bringing power to the lamp post from the main house and securing the lamp post with cement.

After finding and shutting down the circuit breakers to do some A/C maintainence, I reset them only to find one would not reset. In my 60's era home, these Push-o-matics have been somewhat of a crapshoot on reset, but this particular one always put up a fight. In this case, all efforts failed. Worse, this circuit included my fridge. Worse still, the first heat wave of the season was to start the next day.
I called The Fabulous Mr. Fix It and, after Jan walked me through the billing policy, requsted an appointment ...hoping against hope that, with the heat on it's way, I might still save that gallon of milk and my last Cali linguisa from slow, smoldering, and undoubtedly painful deaths.
Jan got on the phone with Adam who only a few minutes later called me back, walked through the issue, and set up a time. Not 2 hours after my initial call, he was pulling the old breaker and installing a new replacement. Problem solved, breaker resets as it's supposed to, fridge back on line, milk and linguisa saved by the bell, and fee was actually less than described.
Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
