+ 0 moreTHEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE PERFECT. THE EAVES THEY INSTALLED COVERED UP ALL MY FLOWERS AND IT IS VERY GOOD. THE ROOF IS VERY GOOD AND I LIKED THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE ROOF AND THE GUTTERS.

+ -1 moreWhile the salesman seemed thorough, he and his company were not timely with call-backs and estimates. It felt like we had to chase him. By the salesmen, we were told they'd start on the Tuesday before Christmas. The dumpster arrived on Tuesday as did the workmen. Their supplies did not. So they shoveled the roof of snow because they had no materials. They came back on Wednesday and told me they'd be finished by Christmas. They worked one day; didn't return the next and didn't call to say why they weren't on the job. Neither did the salesman. They showed up after Christmas and seemed to have finished the job, but no one let us know. The workmen were gone. The dumpster was gone the next day. We're not experts and we haven't been up on the roof to look the job over ourselves. But it seems okay when looking up at it. We're waiting for the company representative to contact us.
Description of Work: They removed existing shingles, repaired damaged wood and replaced with new shingles.
