We had just purchased a house, and had three days before we moved the furniture in. We had planned on trying to do the ceiling repair and painting of the living room and dining room ourselves, but realized that we didn't have the time. I called Fox custom painting, and decided to try their painter for a day program, which is one painter for 8 hours, and they provide everything but the paint.
When Jay arrived, he got right to work, asking what we wanted, and advising us we were a little short on paint for what we wanted to do. He then looked at the ceiling problem in the living room, which wasn't too bad. He then checked the ceiling in the Dining room, and found widespread cracking and a some old water damage. As he began removing the damaged sections of the ceiling, he quickly realized it was going to be a much bigger job than anticipated.
I explained that we were moving in the day after the next, and really needed the painting done by then. Jay made some calls, and was able to pull two guys away from jobs the following day to get it done for us. Jay worked all day the first day, spending most of the time repairing the ceiling, and starting on the painting. The next day, all three guys showed up right on time, and quickly got too work. The three of them worked all day long, but got the entire job finished by the end of the day.
The total cost was $1181.25, significantly more than I had planned on spending, but the cost was well worth it. The ceilings were repaired perfectly, and the walls look great. A much better job than we could have done ourselves in two weeks time, and they did it in two days. Very happy with the job, well worth the money. I will call them again for my next painting job.

Contacted Matt to see about painting my garage siding. Matt came out to give estimate. Matt was friendly and honest and was not trying to sell you everything that was not needed. Price was great and I contracted them. Matt stayed in touch during the scheduling and his crew arrived when they said they would. Crew was awesome as well. Job came out great, very satisfied and would recommend fox painting to everyone. Thank you!!!

They were wonderful and their painting was beautiful. They come out, they tell you how much its gonna be and they come at the time they say and if it is convenient for you. The people were terrific, they clean everything perfectly and they follow through on everything. They do more than what you ask so they're the best. They're very endless beyond. The guys that work here were nice, polite and good. A week after they finished they call to ask me how my experience was so I told them and then they send me some candy. The customer was perfect.

Matt was great to deal with on the phone. He was very professional, accommodating, and got me his estimate in short order. Jason and his helper arrived on time and were professional. They worked hard and had great attention to detail. The job was phenomenal and I couldn't be more pleased. Jason did such a great job I hired him to put a primer coat on the garage walls. Looks great!

Originally, we had them come out and give an estimate for our ceilings.
After meeting with Matt Fox and seeing examples of his work, we figured
that we would (A) never be able to afford them and (B) they would never
want to paint our ceilings. The estimate given to us was well under
other painters on AL. They came out and painted.
We then had them come out and paint the walls (we figured we could find
time to do that, and our project got out of hand). Matt sent us another
estimate a day after we called (super quick). He asked about our time
line and we were honest that we could be ready the next day or within a
week or so. He called us back and asked if someone could be there at
8am the next day. The second project took two days.
We plan to use them in the future. The quality is amazing and the guys
are clean -- we had a new tub put in our laundry room and they didn't
want to stain it with cleaning the brushes, so they took them home.

It went amazing from start to finish!!! First of all the owner puts the estimate down in GREAT detail so if you choose to cut some things out to save a little money he gives you that option. He also goes over the job after completion to make sure you are happy and nothing was missed or needs to be touched up. The entire experience was one of my best experience's with a contractor EVER!! The company is amazing, the guys are amazing and the job it self looks amazing. Fox painting has been doing painting around the house for a few years now and each time it is a wonderful experience. This time we went on vacation while our room was empty we left it a disaster with messy walls and no paint and we came home to an oasis. They did all drywall repairs to where you cannot even see a mark on the walls, they caulked all the nooks and crannies that needed caulk around windows and moldings, even the beam in the middle of the room. They painted and cleaned up so when we came home we had nothing to do but enjoy the beauty. How nice is that and how great that I am able to trust someone in my home while I am gone out of state. You don't find that these days at ALL!! This company from beginning to end was an A+++. Thank you FOX Painting it was a great experience and I know you went out of your way to get us done before we came back from vacation and everything looked great and we TRULY do Appreciate all your hard work you put into our home!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Jason and Matt from Fox Custom Painting was great! They Came out when it was convient for me for a free estimate. They stuck to there price and finished on time, working late and any hours we had available to get the job done.

Not only were they polite; they were clean, quiet, courteous, and professional. Did I mention the quality of work? THEY DO GREAT WORK! Cutting by hand looks like an artform, and they are definitely artists!
