D.O.L.L.S. CLEANING

DOLLS was so awesome. We came into town and our rental needed to be cleaned before we could move in. I called them and they were really nice and accommodating, they had their team come by they next morning and were done in a hours or so with cleaning 3 rooms and a stair way, and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future!

Very fast, to the detriment of thoroughness. Did not do what promised, such as cleaning baseboards.

The first time was great. This week not so great. In to much of a hurry. Missed spots and living room carpet looked like it was forgotten. I think I'm paying enough for the little time here. Less than 2hours hoping we can resolve this issue. Otherwise everything was great. Seems to be a wonderful company

Good Response

I appreciated the response time and the companies willingness to work around my availability. Amazing to come home from work to a very clean and bright home. Pet friendly company even though my pets are not friendly.

This company is very responsive to scheduling, e-mails and calls. The "dolls" that worked at my house did a great job, were friendly, and hardworking. It's all in the details.

They did a very good job of cleaning my mother's home. I have hired them to clean monthly for her. They did deep cleaning first. Now monthly.

Great to work with. Going to have them come out on a regular bases I highly recommend them.

Within the first hour, one of their workers needed to leave because of illness. Both left because they came in the same car. Two replacement workers came the same day and finished the job. They responded to the situation very professionally, I am very happy they followed through on their commitment to clean my home, and they did so very nicely. I plan to have them come regularly.

I would like to begin by briefly explaining the various items which culminated with my hiring of "College Dolls With Cleaning Towels." However I am also aptly motivated to point out, again with brevity in mind, the reasons I have for opting not to go with one of the "Big Two" (for lack of a more appropriate term) cleaning companies in the Grosse Pointe area. Anytime I spoke with either of the two "... Maids" companies in the Pointes I felt as though I was nothing more than a single potential customer among the millions of customers they already have. Or more precisely, I felt my personal requests and/or suggestions mattered little, they were the professional cleaners and me, well I'm just a clueless homeowner making ridiculous demands. That all changed when I called "College Dolls With Cleaning Towels." My first call to College Dolls With Cleaning Towels was answered by Kathy who I spoke to for only a few minutes before I decided to schedule a walk-through. Two days later Kathy and Jason (her partner and I believe significant other) arrived right on time. They introduced themselves and we began walking through my house so they could provide the most accurate estimate. Very much to my surprise and delight, while walking through the house THEY actually asked me if I had any special instructions for the cleaning. I explained that I simply wanted only certain rooms vacuumed as well as nothing moved off the shelves in another room. They made note of my simple requests as I mentioned them and told me none would be a problem and they'd be happy to accomodate me. Before they left they told me a rough estimate and I set up a date for my first cleaning, the following Tuesday at 9:00 am. Tuesday at nearly 9:00 am sharp a young lady and a gentleman arrived to begin cleaning. Both were extremely polite, respectful, and clean-cut, each wearing a company t-shirt. I opened the door, introduced myself, and asked if they needed anything. They replied that they did not and began bringing in their supplies and equipment. I stayed in my office (one of the rooms I requested not be cleaned) the entire time the were at my house. They cleaned for just about 3 1/2 hours (I have very large rooms-living room alone is 1200 sqft) which was well within what I was told during my estimate. Having met with the owners of the company, meeting the people that did my actual cleaning, and then seeing my finished product I can easily say I am extremely satisfied. While I stayed home this time, I would be completely comfortable leaving them alone in my home in the future. All in all, unless it was free, I don't see anyway I could be more satisfied. I feel that I received an excellent, thorough cleaning for a price that actually was slightly less than any other estimate I'd gotten in the past. Not good. Expensive compared to other services. Demands that everything be off of all surfaces before cleaning. Did about as good as I'd expect a 16-year-old to do the first day on the job. Thoroughly dissatisfied.
