FreshWater Carpet Cleaning

After having our carpeting for 5 years since it was new and never having it professionally cleaned, we thought it would be a good idea to have a professional look at it and give us a quote to clean before we placed our home on the market. After all, we did have a dog who lived with us in the house and 2 young children. After receiving some quotes from some more well known carpet cleaning providers, such as Stanley Steamer, we heard about Fresh Water Carpet Cleaning through a friend so we determined that before hiring one of the other services we would have Fresh Water come out and look at our carpets. We called and the very next day, the owner himself, Trent, came out to give us a quote and explain his cleaning process. The idea of using fresh water in the cleaning process appealed to us, and the fact that the cleaning equipment was American made didn't hurt either. Ultimately, we decided to try Fresh Water. The quote that we were given was competitive with the others. Trent had an opening in his schedule the very next day, so he showed up as promised and began the cleaning process. We were surprised to find, once we moved our furniture, just how dirty our carpet had become. While watching the cleaning process it was clear that it was unlike the other processes we have been accustomed to. One thing I noticed was that it does take longer than you might think to get the carpet clean with this equipment. This wasn't a problem for us as it was apparent that the extra time spent was ensuring that the carpet was as clean as possible when finished. It was exciting to see that when Trent was finished we could no longer tell where our furniture was sitting. Overall, we were very pleased with the job. So much that we called our parents, who we knew had a room that they waned cleaned, when our job was complete and told them that they should consider trying Fresh Water. They did and they had a similar opinion when they were finished. I am a bit surprised that given the time that was spent on our carpet that Fresh Water was as competitive price wise as what they were. I am glad that we did try them out because I think I would now be inclined to hire them even if their quote would be a little more than others.
