The paint job SKM did had great attention to detail!

SKM is a great company. They went above and beyond and even worked overtime to make sure my house was completed before my family left for vacation. Great attitudes and very professional.

i had 2 ceiling fans installed, an electrical outlet replaced, and a kitchen cabinet that was falling off it's hinges fixed. The work was performed effeciently and quickly.

SKM maintenance did a great job on installing our new windows. They were on time and finished the job on time.

We had some rough patches… however Doug the owner called listened to my concerns and resolved my issues.

SKM Property Maintenance was made aware of the crack in our concrete and came quickly to fix it.

Amazing , prompt , respectful and great work

It didn’t. After the initial estimate, the price was increased by $1200 when they looked further. Then there were 3 missed appointments with no contact ahead of time informing me. Then when I asked for my deposit back, they say it’s non refundable!

Workers were talented and completed job to my satisfaction

The entire experience was great with the company. There were professional, excellent workmanship, on time, excellent follow up and completed the job promptly. I would definitely hire the company again. Everything I needed all in one company.

Everything went great the man came in got straight to work did a good job went out of his way and fixed a couple of pipes that were loose cleaned his mess and was gone within an hour I would definitely call again if I need anything done

Installer was very nice and professional. I receive a call from the company letting me know the ETA for the installer. Approx 10 prior to arrival the installer called to notified he was on the way. Installer had all the equipment necessary for the job and was able to cleanly remove and install the new faucet. I provide the hardware for the kitchen faucet and so was only charged for the labor. After installation the installer contacted the office to process my payment. Based on this experience I will recommend them to others and use them for future project. Thanks and keep up the good work.

not very good at first, but the actual handyman was great. The first appt. was rescheduled, but was not notified until 45 minutes past the time they were supposed to arrive.

Wonderful. The staffer was very professional yet personable. Engaged me in my thoughts on the job and quickly incorporated those request into the final work product. I was so impressed as the work proceeded that I requested they return to do another job that had been on the shelf for some time. There are many jobs albeit small are critical to good maintenance care of a home. So often business’ will advertise that they do them but once in conversation with you want to expand into larger unneeded work. SKM stuck to their word and did a fantastic job.
