ROYAL OAK FLORIST

I placed an order for a floral arrangement with an Ohio Teleflora florist which was to be delivered by Royal Oak Florist. The floral arrangement, when delivered, was much smaller than indicated on the Teleflora website and placed in a two inch diameter vase rather than the four inch diameter vase pictured. I contacted my Ohio florist who spoke to Royal Oak Florist and arranged for Royal Oak Florist to redesign the arrangement. However, when I arrived at Royal Oak Florist with the arrangement, the person he originally spoke with was not there. The person who was there was unwilling to help me choose other flowers and insistent that only the contact person whom my Ohio florist originally spoke with could help me. Her approach was rude and hostile, so I left the two inch arrangement at their shop and asked that they follow up the next day. The next day, I spoke with the contact person, and rather than attempting to rectify the situation and provide a better arrangement, her remedy was that if it were her, she would be happy with what she had [originally] gotten. Her attitude was rude and confrontational, and I was left without any flowers at all. In the end, my Ohio florist issued a refund to me, and I did not get any flowers from Royal Oak Florist. In other words, the customer service skills of the staff at Royal Oak Florist are sorely lacking!
