The offices of Real Estate One in Royal Oak are very nice. They have friendly reception, are updated and clean, and offer guests coffee/accommodations.
We worked with the best real estate agent out there--Elizabeth Tintinalli!
Elizabeth is professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, prompt, always answers her phone or gets right back to you, doesn't pressure, works very hard to find the perfect home for you, and gives her honest professional opinion.
When we were looking for a home in Detroit we had to travel from Chicago and didn't know anything about the various neighborhoods/suburbs, she spent the better part of the day driving us around because we requested to get to know the areas and she was able to really help us narrow down where we wanted to buy. She has been in Detroit her whole life and really knows the ins and outs of neighborhoods and suburbs.
We weren't even necessarily going to buy, she would have helped us rent too. There really was no pressure! We had a strict time schedule and she always made it work. She would even book showings on the same day if that's all the time we had.
When a condo in our price range in the ideal location popped she was on it, she had us in for a showing the second day it was on the market. We were so relieved to be able to s***** up this great home!
She walked us through all the closing costs and charged a very fair price.
We are so excited to be moved into our new home!
