Oasis Gourmet Cuisine

Oasis is a family business that specializes in preparing food ranging from Lebanese to Mexican for office and other parties.  What you get is excellent home cooked quality with the fresh ingredients.  They will deliver or you can pick up the food yourself.  I can best describe Oasis as providing good old fashioned service.  You sit down for a chat at a table in their store and Lamia and Halim Zahr will walk you through ideas.  They have years of experience doing this and can work out the quantities and all the details with you.  You only have to meet Lamia, to know that she's been cooking all her life and that nothing but the best will do.
Since our party was for after a wedding rehearsal we had to attend, it was just a matter of a relative picking up the food and laying it our for our return.  We received many compliments from guests, many of whom were Italian and European and we wanted to give them something different from the usual pasta dishes.  Working with them was just so easy!
