I had a few asphalt shingles break their seams and tear due to high winds. The crew from Kanga Roof (Four Seasons) appeared to do a good job replacing the shingles. The price seemed high ($385) based on average pricing from the internet ($100 - $350). I needed the repairs, though, and they were able to make the repairs one day after I called.

Our experience was excellent...they came out promptly, called with an estimate...we accepted. Within a couple of days, they came out and repaired our roof. You can't ask for better than that.

Norm and his crew were fantastic and the quality of the work they did was outstanding!! The 4 hour delay in delivery of the shingles was totally unbelievable. There are still a couple of small things promised by the sales rep. that need to be completed but on the whole it's all fantastic! Now I just need to wait for the rain enjoy not having to have buckets in my back room. :)

I will not know if the job is complete until it rains and the bathroom leak has stopped, he has reworked the leak twice, waiting on the rain.

I can't really speak to the quality of the work (and therefore value) since I did not get up on the ladder to inspect it. Ask me in a year when the ice and snow have had a chance to beat on the roof repairs. I did find the men (Elmer and Jake) possessed of a strong work ethic and pride in their work.

I had 6 different companies estimate the work. This was the ONLY company that actually got up onto the roof to inspect it. In doing so they were able to find some rotting which they worked into the quote. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Would definitely use this company again.

I was contacted right away and Debbie explained how and when it would be handled in a very professional and kind manner. The man who repaired the roof (Elmer) was professional, knowledgeable and repaired my roof the same day. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I meet.

My repairs took much longer than I had hoped. Positives are: good customer service and they accept credit cards. I also appreciate that the owner actually reads the reviews and takes the time to reply to them as well. I don't doubt this company is usually pretty good, but unfortunately, my experience just wasn't so.
