John was outstanding. We had an area of our carpet become wet because of a leak. John came promptly even though it was a Saturday and immediately set the cleanup process in motion. We had to travel overseas for a couple of weeks and also wanted to let the area dry completely. So he then came back couple of weeks later to finish the job. Excellent communication, quality of work, and attitude. And also great value for money.

John did a great job stretching out our wrinkled carpet. He wanted to do the job correctly and stretched out more of the carpet than just the wrinkled areas. When he was done, the carpet looked almost brand new! He cleaned up the cuttings and asked to use the vacuum cleaner to do the rest. I would give the highest possible recommendation for John.

John is the man. After trying unsuccessfully for 6 months to hire someone to fix our rippled carpet, John came out on a Sunday and had us all set up in under 2 hours. Highest possible recommendation for professionalism, integrity and value.

John did a Great job repairing my carpet in my spare bedroom, my family members cat tore a good piece out and I wasn't looking forward to dealing with a repair or the cost, but the service I received was excellent. He was pleasant respectful of my home and remarkably quick. I was working from home in my den before I knew it he was done and even explained how he repaired it and the carpet looks great I can't even tell it was ever there. We called in hopes of getting our carpet fixed, but we had a bad feeling that it couldn't be saved. John came to our rescue . All the ripples are gone. He work fast, and clean all for a very good price. If you need repairs, or carpet installation, John the man to call !

John arrived 10 minutes early to do the job. He charged me less than his original estimate based upon the amount of time he actually spent doing the job . He wore a face mask and took his shoes off. He took the time to explain to me what and how he would proceed. He answered all of my questions. John instructed me as to follow-up care. I highly recommend him.
