It was costly and it took over a week to get the parts and get back out to do the work. I didn't have any other pros to compare them with, however, and the job did get done eventually and I kept my old dryer and it is working well.

They worked on my double oven. Could not get it going first time, my fault. Had to come back 2 days later to troubleshoot. Realized my mistake. They finished it up. Working good now. Biggest thing they did not charge me anything for coming back. They could have easily charge me at least an hour labor but did not. Great company. These are good honest people in my opinion. I will always call them for any repairs I need.

Very prompt response to my initial call. Service rep was personable and expertly diagnosed problem. Repairs effected quickly after part delivered. I particularly liked company s use of iPad, iPhone and email for documentation and payment.

they fixed my washing machine only to break it. expected my family to fix the parts that they broke. we asked for a refund and they said sure. that was july and now it s september and we have called multiple times for our money back but they won t give it to us.

Was not professional. Used/viewed internet to see how to do the service. Did not seem like he had good experience. Service was 6 times what the part cost. For a $50 part the job was $271 for under an hour worth of labor. Sent repairman on the wrong day to diagnose the problem. Had to call back to find out if part came in over a week later. I am not using them again.

Nick was the service repair guy that handled my dryer repair. He was friendly and efficient. did what he had to do, cleaned up after himself and explained what the problem was. A part was needed but they were able to get the part and install it within the 4 day time frame (out on Thursday and back on Monday morning).

They charge me 250 dollars for a defoster heater and labor I found out the part costed around 10 dollars, it took him less then a half a hour to replaced the part.

He was there during the window of time he gave me, listened to my concerns and was able to ease my nervousness for the reason that I hired him.
