My 25 year old freezer was leaking and making noises. Charles S. came out at the appointment time and immediately assessed the problem. He got the freezer running like new very quickly, and informed me of everything he was doing and why. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

They sent a tech out to repair my LG Refrigerator. He said it was a LED strip causing the compressor to short out. They gave me the part number and said I had to order it since it was a back order. When it finally arrived 90 days later, it did not work. I tried calling and texting AJs with no response. I ended up hiring another company, that discovered the actual issue, which was not the LED strip. AJs left me hanging with no response

Fixed the problem and the next day something else went wrong with the refrigerator. The repairman came back and fixed the second problem. Two days later the original problem is back and water is running into the freezer again.
