They bid the job poorly.

"I'm sorry to hear you weren't 100% satisfied Doug, however all of your tree branches were removed. As far as customer service I stayed in contact with you through the whole job, and never asked for money until the job was complete. We did underbid this job, which is why I ASKED you if you would be ok with an additional $75 dollars and you were fine with that. If you thought it was too much you could of simply just stated no and we would of finished the job at the price that we originally agreed upon.. Again sorry you weren't completely satisfied. We did our best to try and bid the job properly with the two cell phone pictures we received."
