I am very happy with how the basement turned out. They did good work, the basement was cleaned up every day when the workers left. The job was done timely and finished by the promised date.

Went very well. some minor hiccups that Mark from Nugent quickly resolved. Painters were great! Was worried about matching custom paint in dining and kitchen area and it matched perfectly. The sunroom remodel was beyond expectation, I've gotten lots of compliments.

Very well, Might even say great! Mike our contact was very responsive to our needs he was out to the job multiple times checking on the progress and stayed in contact with the subs that he used and held them accountable to a suitable time frame of the project. Mike responded to both e-mail and phone promptly and with professionalism. On the start date of the contract they were on time and ready to work and all the work was finished and on time even with a couple of minor changes that the home owner added as the project progressed. With changes accounted for and made to my satisfaction the project was completed on time and right on budget! One of the better things about Nugent Builders we were not required to put 50% down to start the project which all of the other contractors required up front which for our project seemed to be a little over kill. I would recommend and use Nugent Builders again.

I don't have any do's or don'ts. We tried to DIY inexpensively but no one wanted to take a chance on messing it up. It's not as easy as the TV shows make it look. I finally decided to pay for what I needed. I'm happy with the results.

Efficient workers, cleaned up daily, project completed quickly, and looks fabulous. Works great--no rain leaking through at all, water runs off through the well-placed gutters, and they are not highly visible. Now I have a covered patio that stays clean. It is now a complete useable space for our summer patio furniture--totally finishes off the area. Not sure yet of the durability during the winter.
