He claims he is an expert at at concrete but he isn't. He pour 12 inches of concrete in the garage, which was way too much which almost collapsed the whole house. He never paid the contractors that he hired. The unconditional release of lean from the contractors he hired was fraudulent. He was suppose to pay them on this condition, which he didn't. He pocketed the whole $21,000 himself. He asked us to pay more money for materials, which we did but he did not pay the lumber company for the materials. The contractors would come to us with a question knowing that it was not up to code and he told the contractors that he wanted it done this way even though it was not meeting code. All of the extra material that was left he took and we do not know what he did with them.
