"Im sorry you feel that way. The addition you that was quoted was pretty complex and had alot of moving parts. However, usually the client would review the estimate and contact us back with changes or questions as to why certain items may be on the estimate. If there are items in the estimate that you don't want or understand why they are in the estimate, this is when you would call us to ask these questions, Which never happened. In most circumstances you will see items on the estimate that is not our choice or yours we must meet local and state codes, thus have to be completed. In Addition we are not a company that will pester clients into signing contracts. The estimate was sent to you withing days of the meeting. We never received a phone call from you to discuss any items. We pride ourselves on costumer privacy and piece. I personally find it very irritating when I get a quote and my phone does stop ringing after. I apologize if there was a disconnect. Have a blessed day"
