Very poor customer service.
Description of Work: Request and received estimate for roof replacement. Insurance would only cover repair. Ask them to come back out for repair estimate. No one came. Called again said I never had appointment. Setup appointment for my next day off work. No one showed again. When I called they said again I did not have appointment then told me that they could not repair because roof too steep. So I have and estimate for the too steep roof to be replaced but can't get one for the repair. *** stay away from this company.

Ted at G&M was great. He came out in the evening, explained all options and costs, and gave an estimate. They got the job done the day they said they would, and did a FANTASTIC job! On time and on budget, what more can you ask for?
