 + -1 moreChris and Gary did an excellent job, structured their days work efficiently and cleaned up every time. Were responsive to ideas and were accepting of our inspections and listened to any concerns we voiced. They did an excellent job dry-walling. We appreciated that rather than just do their job, they pointed out areas that we could make improvements and adjusted their work accordingly. And, before they left, they surprised us with some repairs that they did on their own initiative without charging us! Like fixing our storm doors and latches, caulked all our cracks and any drafty spots. We are very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to have them out again. FOLLOW UP FEB 2015 many seams are now showing and cracking, some hairlines, much more obvious. Will be looking for someone else to make repairs.
Description of Work: Removed old drywall from walkout level and foyer. Hang and finish drywall in same areas as removed. Frame a bedroom and closet and drywall. Remove and re-install light fixtures in ceilings Add freeze c*** to plumbing. Inspect and repair floor joists. Hang new floor joists to decking Insulate and enclose brick caps Apply aluminum to fascia/freeze/trim board underneath deck Seal - prime drywall Paint Foyer
