It went so much better than we expected. We have dealt with another business in the past and were never quite satisfied with the level of explanation. Chris came right on time, was patient in his explanations, made sure we felt comfortable with our new software and computer.

Overall their service exceeded our expectations. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite (even brought along "booties" to wear in our house), and, best of all, made sure we actually understood the capability of our new system and how to manage it.

My husband took tje tv up to the shop after they told him somebody would be there, and nobody was there, so he had to drive back without having the problem fixed. This was a 50 mile one-way trip. We had to make another appointment for a technician to come out. The technician walked on my furniture to take down this tv, which wasn't very professional, and he took it down himself. He told us that the line isn't repairable, but he made a small adjustment in the tv. I would never use them again.

See above. The other item to add - they knewthe correct mount to give us -- we were going to buy one ourselves - but they got the right one for us -- at a better price.
