My husbands clutch started acting up on the way to work. He called me for a ride home later and asked me to make an appointment at a small local auto shop that others at work recomended. We droped the truck off after work and talked to the owner about the problem. He explained how much everything might cost and how much any and all labor would cost depending on what was wrong. ( just a bearing vs the whole clutch assembly) He also explained that he would not do anything untill he checked the problem out and talked to my husband first if there were any problems. There were not and the truck was done by noon the next day. My husband was happy and we were both impressed with everything from his knowlege,upbeat personailty, clean and tidy appearence of the small shop and quickness of the job done. And if you have ever delt with a clutch assembly you will know that the price was very reasonable and fair.
